Amazing service from James and Tom when me and my dad poped in today for a last minuet shop for t-shirts before going camping, helped me pick out a good pair of shoes and were very friendly when i was picking out shirts! :)

New walking shoes

Real people and real service
Went in looking for Yak Trax, sealskin socks and wetsuit wash, came away with having ordered the wash and purchased the other items. Staff were friendly and helpful, signed up for the store card and immediately saved on all three purchases. What’s not to like. Better than an online experience any day.

A very straight forward exchange experience
We were assisted today by Morgan, in the Bakewell store. She patiently helped me exchange some waterproof trousers, finding different sizes until I found a pair that fitted. This was much appreciated

Excellent customer service and assistance.
Everytime I have visited this store I have had great customer service. The staff are knowledge, patient, and very personable. I was served by Roger on Dec 19th 2025 and he bent over backwards to help me work out what size I needed for my husband by going back through mine and my husband previous purchases.
This level of service is what keeps us returning to this store.
