Excellent customer service
Trying to order 2x Compass e bikes on sale and website not accepting membership for discount. Spoke to Adam Lynch at Birkenhead store who not only ordered 2 bikes in for me to collect but also spoke to Chester branch on my behalf and has arranged for them to build bikes for me if I drop them off. Excellent customer service and have nothing but praise for him and all Birkenhead staff who are always very helpful.

Helpful Staff
I rang ahead to prior to making a visit to store.
Adam was both helpful and informative. He provided information about two differing BBQ's including a description and price when I asked.
Within store Abbie asked my girlfriend and I did we require anything further assistance in selecting products. She was both friendly and welcoming.
We selected the BBQ we wanted to purchase and a camping lantern.
The store had a good range of quality products on sale, which where well priced.
A really positive experience along with great customer service from the team.

This is a great shop with super helpful staff.
This is a great little shop with super helpful and professional staff.
I just bought some walking shoes and Mimi (manager?) assisted me.
I tried on a couple of pairs in different sizes and was very patient with me until I got exactly what I needed.
She explained that joining the Go Outdoors club would discount my purchase so I decided to join and to further benefit I bought some socks which were on offer.
All in all a much better experience (brilliant customer service) than I have in most retailers recently.
I heartily recommend visiting!
