I am an 85 year old suffering from Parkinson’s. I went to Birkenhead Go outdoors to buy sandals. I was met by Mimi who was kind,considerate,patient, and anxious to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very grateful to her. She is an asset to Go Outdoors!

Abbie was very polite
Abbie was very polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. I picked up a parcel as she welcomed me and my little dog. Then we all went upstairs to look ar walking shoes. She went in and out of the stack room to get yet another pair of trainers all with a smile and cheerful attitude. Thank you Abbie for all your help with such a lovely attitude.

Great service
Went to the store today as urgently needed some waterproof trousers. Abbie directed me to the right area and explained the advantages of having a membership card.
Great service and the one shop I’ll always make the trip to Birkenhead for.

Excellent customer service
Trying to order 2x Compass e bikes on sale and website not accepting membership for discount. Spoke to Adam Lynch at Birkenhead store who not only ordered 2 bikes in for me to collect but also spoke to Chester branch on my behalf and has arranged for them to build bikes for me if I drop them off. Excellent customer service and have nothing but praise for him and all Birkenhead staff who are always very helpful.
