Clearer signs about go outdoor discount card
To get the most out of Go Outdoors offers I bought the discount card. Which wasn't as clear or straight forward as it could of been instore. I followed the qr code displayed instore. But the card isn't instant. A temporary code would be handy until the physical card arrives.Luckily when I went to the till the member of staff helped me get my discount. If I'd spoken to them first this wouldn't of been a problem. Maybe make this clear on the signs around the store. Staff instore helpful & knowledgeable. So no issues there.

Good service at Carlisle store
I made my order by click and collect. Amy and another member of staff were very polite and helpful as while I was there to collect my order I did a little browsing for a future purchase while I was there.
