Looking to buy new walking shoes and was served by Amy who was cheerful and very helpful, checking to see if they had my size in the shoe I wanted and explaining the options available when I asked to put the shoes aside. At the counter the Manager was able to confirm my partners Go Outdoors card which allowed me to purchase with membership discount. Great service all round.

My experience was made exceptionally good today in store by Gav. He was both professional and experienced in his advice and guidance in his advice. He guided me through tent, sleeping bag and accessories advice. His no pressure sales made me feel at ease and comfortable in store. He is a credit to Go Outdoors Carlisle. Bravo and I look forward to further visits to the Carlisle branch.
