Just been to go outdoors today and I had loads of questions about walking boots. I asked a member of the team for help and sharen was there to answer all of my
Questions. She was so helpful and interacted well with my playful toddler. I have been to the store a few times now and have found sharen to be friendly and very knowledgeable every time I go there. Thank you so much… again

Plenty of space to check out tents and plenty merchandise to view, staff were very pleasant and full of information. The staff made our first time there brilliant thank you

I have ordered twice and both times tge order was canceled

We had been into the Clydebank store a few times looking at tents, and every time Lynne was so helpful, friendly and patient. She really went above and beyond to help us find the right tent and made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable.
It was Lynne’s amazing customer service that really stood out to us and made our experience in the Clydebank store such a positive one. She is a real credit to the store and deserves recognition for how helpful and lovely she was.

Did not have the product in store. Asked if the item could be ordered in store for pick up. No. So ordered online. Used the tracker to discover that the item had gone missing (stolen) in London. Tried to contact go outdoors using their contact system. Good luck with that. Eventually got a reply after a week to say I had to re order. So paid twice for an item that took about 3 weeks to deliver and eventually reimbursed for the first pair of shoes. Somewhere in London an evri driver has my shoes on. Poor service from go outdoors and no service from evri.

Total beginner in buying stuff for my first big hike. Alan had incredible sock knowledge and stopped what he was doing to share that with me. Susan also stopped what she was doing, spent a lot of time going through jackets with me and Ciaran was pleasant on the tills. Great experience, would go back/recommend.

Was in on 15/08/26 and I unfortunately lost the piece of paper with everyone’s names on but the two names I remember were Ben and Adam. I planned a trip specifically to this store as they had the B2 mountain boots I was looking for. It was a great shop much bigger than the one in my area with plenty of staff to help. The boy that helped me with my boots gave me the exact service that I like, quick to bring me the stock, gave me a chance to try them on and walk around the shop as much as I like without feeling any pressure by giving me lots of information. He answered my questions and went to great efforts to get me the cheapest price!

My partner was also in the market for a gore-tex jacket and it was a different guy that helped us here, again great service without the pressure to feel like you need to buy something. He had good conversation and spoke about a couple of hiking experiences overall a nice guy.

Was a great shopping experience and with the member discount there’s nowhere else we’d like to spend our money!

Needed new tent poles replacing. Chris was very helpful and sorted the poles. Great service.

I had purchased a tent from this store 2 weeks ago and unfortunately after its first use one of the poles had cracked down the middle (probably due to very high wind) I couldn't find the correct pole repair kit so asked for some help and someone went and got chris. Straight off the bat he was happy to help and got to repairing the broken tent pole and even re-threaded it for me! Fantastic store with loads to choose from and we'll layed out too. Thanks again chris!

Ordered food dehydration packs, arrived at various times split deliveries, returned first two and still have not received refund a month later and no response to my query on this, didn’t get alerts the others had arrived in store, had to go into store to chase up.

I've always found Go Outdoors very reasonable with prices great quality products, customer service really helpful, I would definitely recommend them, also get their discount card, amazing what you save with this
