GO Outdoors - Manchester Arndale Reviews

Brilliant. Was greeted at the door, then the assistant by the tills took my details and was back with me in 2 minutes with my tent. No hassle.

Great stock, incredible assistance from Samantha on not only looking for the correct sized clothes but also the measurements!!!

I enjoyed my visit on 2 occasions recently and was served by Rhianna to support me in purchasing x 2 pairs of walking sandals on two separate occasions. I was served by her again today and she was brilliant. Love her posh nails too. The pad that was working with her can't remember his name but he was brilliant too. Thank you. Love Maggie ❤️

I received excellent customer service from Charlie W at GO Outdoors Arndale. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to compare the Eurohike rain cover with the item I originally asked about, explained the differences clearly, and even reminded me that I could receive a discount, which I really appreciated.

I'd had a long day at work and was quite tired, so his patience and helpful advice made choosing the right product much easier. Thanks to Charlie, I left confident that I'd made the right decision. A great example of friendly, knowledgeable customer service—thank you!

Samantha was very friendly and knowledgeable. Left with everything I needed 🙏

Samantha did absolutely amazing. She was very informative and helped me navigate the whole shop. I left with everything I needed and she helped with everything. 👍

i have been to go outdoors in arndale a few times and funnily enough I was served by Aimee each time which gave the service a bespoke excellence - an invaluable rarity in this day and age! much aloha

Charlie W was amazing and so incredibly helpful! What a credit to the store. Cannot recommend enough!

Was looking for a pair of comfortable hiking trousers today but struggled to find the right pair for my body type. Samantha and Jane helped me find the perfect pair and were so lovely. Thankyou so much.

I'm a regular at the store. Aimee and Alfie are both excellent at what they do. Attentive to detail and always ready to answer questions or offer suggestions for whatever outdoor need you may have. Members get great discounts off most items in store and they have a wide range of outdoor items for most needs. Thanks!

Sam was amazing

Great shop, useful items and the prices are very good.
Staff was really nice. Spoke with Charlie W who helped me !

I've been attended twice by Charlie W and cleo...

Simply one of the best experiences that I've ever seen in a store, very patient kind and very friendly people as staff!

Went in to buy some walking boots and both Iram and Nathan, helped me choose the right pair. Both were very polite and knowledgeable about all the products. A credit to the store.

Highly recommended

Super helpful staff, great selection.

Charlie W and Nathan did just about what you'd expect, which is unfortunately rare in the current climate. talked with me about the right products and services id specifically need when asking about knives and sleeping bags and made checkout easy, cheers lads :)

I went into the Arndale store today to pickup a new pair of trainers due to me focusing on my health at the gym and getting some blisters due to cheapo Amazon trainers.

I was assisted by the kind and caring Nathan who took the time to address what I needed and didn't rush me when I was explaining why I needed what I did. I also did the scan in the store which was something I didn't even know existed but gave me interesting info about my grippers!

Highly suggest this store. Ask for Nathan, he is a legend.

I visited the store to buy a pair of Craghoppers shorts and noticed they were priced higher than on the Craghoppers website. While trying on a few different pairs, I was assisted by Samantha. After I mentioned the price difference, she explained the store’s price-match policy, which meant I was able to purchase the shorts at the matched price.
Samantha was extremely helpful throughout my visit and had a great knowledge of the products available in store. Her friendly service made my visit to the store a very positive one.

Sophie, one of the footwear staff, was amazing and very kind in helping me understand and choose a suitable piece of footwear gear for my upcoming hikes.
