Not A BBB Accredited company

Soooo to save money, the govt uses a company that isn't even a BBB accredited company to deposit our money. I have funds in my account, i am not able to access, i don't know why, and there are no live representatives to speak with. It's 2025, im requesting the govt to do better, maybe contract a reliable and competent company like Chase or Citibank to deposit our funds.

This company is a no go whatsoever

This card company is no go whatsoever, have an issue with my card being declined and i have no one to speak with about the issue, the automated service does not even address this problem, no option for such problem. Thanks way not 2 gocard.

They dont even deserve one star

They dont even deserve one star! Worst company ever! When you need help you cannot reach a person for help. There is the number on the back of the card that you can call which only provides automated services. I have been trying to log into my account to check balance and transactions to see where funds have gone because I feel like money that was added to my account is missing but now I cant login to see withdrawals etc. My user id is correct and I even changed my password, again, but the page continues to reload back to the sign in page. I managed once to make it onto the website and just as I went to check my account transactions the screen cut off and I was brought right back to sign in page. Ive tried my laptop with safari and google and my phone with safari and google. This company is very sketchy.

CHILD SUPPORT CHANGE THIS PROVIDER

Can't believe child support services gave this horrible business the ability to control funds of the most vulnerable people. Words can't express how terrible this company is, absolutely no customer service. Total disregard for the families that are supposed to being facilitated to. This company is HORRID.

After 50 minutes as we speak

After 50 minutes as we speak, still no response getting an issue taken care of. Who is this company and why screw with us for bills need to be paid. I only wanted to get a little help after going through the rigorous time applying for unemployment. I would appreciate the help of anyone is available.

I wish I saw these complaints before…

I wish I saw these complaints before hand.
Do not use this card company. I keep ordering expedited cards paying $13 every week. Hell no worse company ever. The cvr number keeps rubbing off, makes the card no good. It’s saying I have exceeded my limit when I didn’t use it for the day, and it’s declined at restaurant to many times. Do they even care to fix the problem

I have a huge problem with my account

I have a huge problem with my account. I have called 5 different numbers for "customer service" but only get to the same menu from all 5. There is no option to speak to anyone. Now I can't even login. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail and can't get to my $3600! I am not surprised by their rating. They literally have no customer service!

Will Not Answer Questions About Potential Fraud

Called to enquire about some suspicious debits on my account. Unemployment was depositing funds and then the next day they were being removed. According to Unemployment, the funds had only gone out so I was concerned that there was fraud or something wrong with the account and the credits were being rejected on their end. The first woman I talked to was polite and transferred me to this guy who was not. Almost immediately he seemed frustrated by my speech impairment as I tried confirming the personal information he was demanding. I attempted to explain that it was not the phone cutting out but he interrupted me and asked if this was about deposits. I tried to explain it was the debits I was concerned with and he interrupted me again to tell me money was being deposited. He then read each deposit line by line to me as if I was a 2 year old child. I tried again to explain it was the debits and he again cut me off and began lecturing me that they only processed the payments and were not unemployment as if I did not know the difference. He refused to let me ask any further questions and instead kept talking over me without taking a breath, telling me how it is not their responsibility to handle any issues with the transactions. I became so upset at the level of disrespect I ended up hanging up with a choice word as he was still droning on. My question is still not answered. I still do not know what the error message means and whether this is fraud or not.

The customer service is horrendous

The customer service is horrendous. IF they answer the phone, they have ni intent to help you. They talk down to you because you are receivng some sort of benefit or government payment. I called three times in one day, and after sitting on hold, was hung up on twice, and the third time was transferred to a supervisor, because Tammy, who canniot hear, has constnt computer issues, and loves to leave you on hold for 10 mins at the time, decided that she is too lazy to address my concerns. Latarsha gets on the line, and first says that my program is not in their system. I told her Tammy just pulled it up. She huffed and puffed, back on hold I went. I told her that I moved and that I need to know where my card is. She asked for the address that was on file, I gave her the same address that I gave everyone else, and she told me go back to the agency because the address is incorrect. She never said current or former address, was EXTREMELY rude, and got on the line with no intent on resolving the issue. How did they get a gov't contract? They are literally the rudest, nastiest customer service agents that I have spoken to all year. Its sad that customers have to go through them to not get their issues addressed. I will be contacting my Governors ofrfice to let them know the quality of contractors that they are using

My mental health is declining bc of…

My mental health is declining bc of this card. I can’t set up direct deposit. The bank they recommend to use doesn’t exist around me so I have to withdraw from an ATM everyday after 24 hours bc of the atm withdrawal limit. Life is hard enough. Fee after fee. It’s crazy! I’ve called customer service. Used the app. Went online. All useless.

This Way2Go program is a joke

This Way2Go program is a joke. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to in order to leave this review. They don’t deserve any stars. If you receive child support and it’s deposited on this card, change immediately to direct deposit to your bank. I made a purchase to a merchant who canceled the order and advised that the money would be refunded back to my account within 7 business days. That time came and went so I called the Way 2 Go customer service and was told it would take an additional 5 business days to get the money which I thought didn’t make any sense, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Here it is 30 days later, I still haven’t received my money, and the charge is still pending. At this point I feel like they just took my money and not giving it back. How do you explain that you receive the money back from the merchant, but you haven’t given it back to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was of no help. I will be taking further action because I refuse to let someone just take what’s rightfully mines and allow it. The money we’re receiving on that card is child support meaning it’s money to help take care of our children so how dare them not give that money back. I could only imagine how many people are dealing with this same issue. They have the right one because I won’t stop until these people are held accountable for their actions.

If there was a button for ZERO stars, I would have chosen that option. I have a way2go child support card. I have been trying for 3 MONTHS to get my card activated. I have sent in EVERY piece of my identification. I then was denied that I am WHO I am..then was told they have NO IDEA who has a copy of my birth certificate, my ss card, my drivers license, AND my passport. This means, someone, (Unknown) has access to my confidential information, and are possibly using my identity. I still am unable to access my money (I have an autistic son, who needs medical care) which now has a balance thousands of dollars. I am SOOOOOOO angry, frustrated, and fed up!
I contacted my state, and they have begun an investigation, but I still do not have access to my money!!!
If you can avoid this card, this company, PLEASE stay FAR FAR AWAY!!
They might possibly be using personal information in an illegal way.
I am hoping my formal complaint with the State, will end their contract!
DANGEROUS COMPANY... ILLEGAL ACTS!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! 4 CARDS SHIPPED OUT TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. SOMEOME ATTEMPTED TO ACCESS 4 WEEKS OF CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A CARD OR FUNDS AFTER A MONTH OF CALLING THIS COMPANY.

The Fraud Supervisor Latararsha was…

The Fraud Supervisor Latararsha was very rude impatient and not in compliance to assist me with a card that is not working overseas or in the states as an online transaction. I was on the call for 2 hours with a very professional and patient representative prior ro be trasnferred to the supervisor from the fraude department Latarsha . She need to be trained to be more patient empathtic and understanding. She was very rude. She stated that one of her colleagues place my card on a white list which she stated is not done anymore also she stated that I need to have a decline tranaction before she make any changes in which i told her i did .I did an online transaction on western union stating decline and use another card. She stated rudely and abruptly that its was not and stated that she need to depart. She also stated that i need need to make another transaction with the card or use another card since this was not working , after i explain I been using other source of income for months and I need to rely on the money that is on this card and I am currently out the country . Latarsha then proceeded and stated, " Mam there is nothing I can do, U need to use another card. "I express my concerns of her actions and implied that she was rude that she continued to state that she need to hang up the call without resolving the issue with me receiving funds from my account .
