This should be ZERO stars
This should be ZERO stars. The website NEVER works, you have to keep logging in for hours and maybe it might work once. I’ve tried refreshing the page and it still never works. They charge 50 cents if you want to call the automated number to check your balance. It seems like the website has bugs and is from another country. Why would a government agency like Child Support use such a terrible company to bank with and handle the child support payments?
I have received three cards in a short…
I have received three cards in a short time (before expiration dates) and I'm hoping this one works. Very temperamental. Also, the website to check your deposits etc., is a no go and has been for at least a couple of months. It's just very stressful and not conducive to my days.
Steer clear from using this company unaccountable, they don't care
They should not have a major government contract. They lack skillset on how to resolve basic problems. They mailed out an already lock card and 14 agents everything is everyone else's problem game they play with no timely resolution. Of course a manager is not available to provide accountability. Unacceptable. Avoid using this service and company. Provide them requested documents and to lazy to provide resolution. Unacceptable still waiting days on something that should take 5 to 10 minutes to resolve.
Wow!!
Wow!!! I can't believe government is using this program. Nothing works on their site, well limited options, and every time I try to purchase online it declined card. Like 5 or 6 different times with different types of purchases. Then you call and get someone you can't understand, asking about cash app. Really??, let me tell you what my problem is and you then come up with solution. Idk worst card I've ever tried to use. I could use a stolen card easier than I can use my own debit card through go program. Idk I think they some front for something. And our government helping. Shame
If 0 stars was an option
If 0 stars was an option, this is the company used for child support payments, Way2Go card for MULTIPLE states. They have an app you can download which doesn't work, my phone when trying to use it states the site has bugs. I try to use the regular site to view my account which also only works when it wants to. I've had nothing but issues gaining access to account details. When trying to contact them they have a drop down menu that displays nothing as well. The app, the site and the company as a whole is poorly ran, I would LOVE to know why government officials use this as a payment site for individuals.
