Special Promos - Free rotting food

Used GoPuff twice.
It was fast and some great deals on certain items.
Third time
I’ll never go back.

Gave me a $5 promo on the order.
Gave rotting food.
Refused to provide any restitution. Said it’s because the rotting food was free 🤣

So if you want free rotting food, delivered fast, use GoPuff.

The Worst!

The Worst!! Do Not Use This Service. They will make you wait hours. Then without warning they will cancel your order. I would give 0 Stars. The worst!! The fees are ridiculous as well. Take this is a WARNING!! They don't deliver!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible bad experience im usually pay the membership and Gopuff dont respect costumers with ridiculous policys affect us and our pocket, lost money dont save money in Go Puff , im buy a few items and its missing 1 bag a candy and call speak with customers service and told me not money back and not item either, funny right because im expend my money its Go puff and one candy missing its not my fault im already paid for that, its my right fight for my money back or my item, but nothing happen not money not candy only waste my time and money, dont buy in here and dont waste you money, Go puff dont respect customers not professionals

I wanted more info on restrictions for…

I wanted more info on restrictions for fam and clicked on something and it signed me up for fam instead of giving me said info. Requested my money back 2 weeks ago and spoke to support 3 times with promises that I would hear from them in 24-48 hours but i hear nothing. Customer support is the worst. Do not recommend at all.

Rubbish delivery time!

Too long a wait, literally waiting forever for the order to be even picked to. Kept moving delivery time, eventually by about an hour… too late to have supper. Cancelled order, cancelled membership, rubbish. Going to bed hungry.

I am ordering go puff quite often

I am ordering go puff quite often.
My last order had same day expiring of 2 items despite paying full price, and a leaking bottle of milk. No refund given because it was past 12h. My order was late at night and only checked next day the items but too late. I wouldn't have complained about it but to havr nearly £10 wasted out of a £23 order is not fun at all

I would never order through them!

Four of five acai (frozen) boxes I ordered were damaged; the lids were open, and the product was exposed to air. I asked for a refund since it is a health issue; however, the customer servis rejected it, saying they regularly check their products. Basically, I paid for stuff that I had to throw away.

Another issue was that the driver who delivered these open items was on the phone when they arrived and asked me to say hi to his friend. He laughed and turned his phone toward me, which was very uncomfortable.

Horrible service if you can call it that
Rude driver ( the same guy on 2 occasions )
Order said 20 minutes and both times Waited 45 minutes, I was told it was due to traffic but I could clearly see thw driver was lost, I did make contact but the driver wasnt interested

No refund either when cancelling
Will never use again and have already Encouraged 4 family members to uae Justeat instead

They charged my card for $8.47 for FAM…

They charged my card for $8.47 for FAM when I cancelled FAM over a month ago.... I asked customer support to refund it and they would not. I have consistently had issues with drivers saying they delivered items but they were no where to be found, and Id have to wait around for a replacement order. Or drivers show up completely fried reeking of weed. Or items would be missing from the order that was a coupon was used for.... this company steals from customers, drivers, workers, they are predatory and should be shut down... something tells me they are not American owned or operated.

Complete Scam, we are going to the police

We ordered items worth 25 from them, I have also been a fam member. They only delivered half the order, once I figured I didn't have my full order I contacted them and they refused to help or contact the courier. We will drop a complaint to UK police they kept 60% of our order value. This is how they make money.

Theft by Gopuff

I just placed an order with them and I was checking with them to see where it was at and they tell me that it has already been delivered and that I opted to bypass some PIN code and so they will not refund my money back. Now this is the first time however they definitely didn’t deliver my order because I have been waiting on them for the last 45 minutes and nothing. Support is No help whatsoever but them offering me $8.00 credit and not give me my money back is Ludicrous especially when they can’t tell me where or when they delivered my $38.91 package. This is theft in my book!!!!

Run. Don’t Walk. This Company Is a Mess!

Working here was honestly one of the worst experiences of my career. Management micromanages everything and creates more stress than support. Internal issues are ignored instead of being fixed, and communication is all over the place.

What makes it worse is the quiet monthly redundancies — people just vanish with no explanation.

If you value your career, your mental health, or basic respect in the workplace, do not join this company. It’s a huge, flashing red flag!

Rude Delivery Driver

Order #2669644966 in London, England
The delivery person was rude and a bit intimidating. I understand he was frustrated because my door number wasn't included in my address on the Gopuff site. I apologized, and when I did he just gave me a mean scary look. When I looked out my window minutes later, he was still there in the driveway, looking toward my window with the same look. They need to learn how to have better manners, be more professional and give better customer service. The chat person said they would speak to the delivery driver, but I'm not sure I believe them.

SCAM AND FRAUDULENT…

SCAM AND FRAUDULENT…. They signed me up for automatic monthly billing and never notified me. When I finally found out and asked them to refund, they told me no. Stay away from this scam of a company. Hope they go under soon.

Accidentally subscribed to FAM ANNUAL...quickly changed it to what 8 wanted which was MONTHLY....Go Puff took $38.82 from my bank account...I've been waiting 5 Days for their so called specialist from FAM to respond to my complaint for a refund...

Do not bother trying to work for them

Do not bother trying to work for them. Either they like scamming people into working and then after you complete deliveries they deactivate you and keep your money you just made. The excuse was your background didn’t clear. Very shady business practices. They send multiple text messages regarding your application and your status is ready to start workings they even say they have these bonus for starting. Well I started and immediately after my first delivery I’m deactivated and no explanation. No talk about the money I earned. Just a fk you and bend over. And sad part I gave up thanksgiving to go deliver and told nada. Just a “we will let you know”

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company.
I ordered wines for home delivery, and the website didn’t offer the option to leave the package at my door. Because of that, I added a note asking the driver to leave it there. I wasn’t available at the delivery time and didn’t see their messages right away.
Instead of leaving the order as requested, they canceled it without issuing any refund. To make matters worse, they charged me three separate times, for a total amount higher than the original order. Since I paid through PayPal, they even set up automatic payments without my authorization, which resulted in a $46.49 charge with surcharges.
If leaving items at the door isn’t allowed, they should clearly say so or notify customers. There’s no information anywhere stating that they don’t accept door-drop deliveries.
Overall, the experience feels misleading and unfair. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
