Go puff have the worst customer service. They made a transaction for $77.64 on my card and did want to refund it back because they rules of not refund money bank or credit my money. I strongly suggest not to put your bank card or foodstamp card they going steal your money with no refund or credit.

The gopuff driver pulls up and I go to meet her and she asks to see my identification and I use my ID for everything via my cell phone and ive never had a problem with it before from a delivery driver. Nevertheless she already had a very snotty attitude and tell me my phone can't read your id from the phone, cause another lady just tried it. So I ask my co worker did he have his ID on him and didn't. I tell the lady I have to run up and get mine. I tell her I'll be right back. All of 3 minutes I was back but she had drove away and canceled my order. I was so heated I could have cooked bacon.
I attempt to reach out to customer service and they first said would I like to reorder. Thinking I could use the same money as credit from them, I find out I have to shell out another 38 dollars or so. I refused because it was already late and my feelings were shot down but not as much as they were when I was told I wasn't getting my money back. Now mind you the app automatically puts the tip if you're not paying attention so this woman ended up with a 9 dollar and 50 cent tip for doing nothing but thinking she got down on me and I was left with nothing, not even im sorry I can't wait till you get your id but to be told I couldn't get my money that I worked hard for and paid for something i never received is by far the worst scam I could have ever had done to me. Nothing is what I got and nothing was done about it. I wish I could have filmed that because of her bad attitude. I have tried to get my money back thru the banks but I haven't gotten any help yet with that particular issue and I am still pissed.

GoPuff sent me a postcard attached to my first order giving me a coupon code to $7 off my next 3 orders at Starbucks.
This was completely false advertisement as the code did not work, and later was insulted by Sonu K claiming my account wasn’t eligible.
Also fun fact: during the process of attempting to navigate this app error with the first round of support, they sent a message claiming to cancel my paid for “fam” / premium subscription. I didn’t even ask for that! I asked to use my coupon.
Get ready to be disappointed. Do not bother using GoPuff.

The worst! They did not honor their Free trial and charged me immediately. Then when I questioned it and wanted a resolution they said wait for an email. In 2 days I followed up and they had canceled my membership and said no refunds! They stole my money!!!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a gift card and never received it. Their customer service refuses to provide a phone number for contact, forcing you to wait 3–5 days for a refund. Unlike competitors like DoorDash or Uber Eats, they don’t accommodate customers when they mess up your order—they make it unnecessarily difficult. I’ve never seen such poor communication and lack of accountability. Honestly, this level of incompetence and disregard for customers will be the downfall of this company. Avoid unless you want to waste your time and money.

Using the discount code Rush was missing diet root beer sodas 2 for $12. He’s a type 2 diabetic and the other roommate is a type 1. GO PUFF apologized saying they could credit the account 5.71 which is ridiculous because they were 2 for $12. If your helping low income residents out it should have been re delivered or credited the full amount. Instead the chat representative whose name is VALENTINA threw it in his face saying Rush used the snap code. He replied yes. Several minutes later waiting for VALENTINA’S response, she asked if there was anything other than the issue at hand that she could help him with. THEY ARE RUDE AND SHOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS BETTER!

Gopuff has been amazing every time I used it. It has helped feed my family for low prices when I was busy and couldn’t get to the store. It also was a big help that Gopuff was offering that service when the government was shut down and they helped provide food for a few days when snap benefits were shut off so thank you so much Gopuff you have made me a steady member to use your service from this point on

Impatient live chat customer service
Dominik was extremely inpatient closing our chat the first time as I wasn’t fast enough to respond and then in our second chat when I said I was going to check which pictures I had showing the bad quality of the food, he told me if I wasn’t ready with my pictures for my refund then I should come back when I am ready. After 4 minutes response time he asked me if there’s anything else and then told me this is company policy. If customers are already stressed out with the company due to a problem with their order, this impatience is not going to help and if this is truly go puffs policy to be impatient with customers and close a query as soon as they can whether it’s resolved or not, they need to have a look at this. I dolive chat customer service myself and you should wait at least 5 mins before following up with a message to see if they are still there and not close the chat for at least half an hour. People are at work trying to sort these things out so they won’t always respond within seconds! I came away more annoyed than I was when I contacted them!

I found them easy to use. The drivers very Courteous, helpful, and nice. The website has some outrageously high prices on some products, but many not bad, I will use them again. I wish they had fresh or frozen produce, like Broccoli, Asparagus, bagged salads.
