Scammers. Send wrong brand and refused to refund with lots of excuses - return label provided by them went to a Leisure Centre which they used as an excuse to not refund. On ebay the return was setup with a invalid tracking ID but I scanned the bar code to get the address. Repeatedly promised to refund if I removed my 1-star review. Don't believe their Gorilla-Tech ebay score since once you remove a review the return will block you from re-writing or updating it.

I bought an iPad case that was described as "real leather". As the case aged it became clear that the product was made of synthetic material. The plastic veneer started peeling and revealed that the case material was wholly synthetic. I complained to Gorilla and they admitted it was synthetic. It is illegal to misrepresent the material composition of a product being sold.
They agreed to refund the purchase price if I returned the case, and provided me with a return label. I sent the case back to them and now they are refusing to honour the promised refund because too much time had passed since I purchased the iPad case, even though the purchase date was clearly stated in the complaint message.

Gorilla contact adhesive. Just won't stick. Tried different setting times etc. Supposed to bond on contact, doesn't. Wasted £8.50 plus time and effort. Used Aruldite in the end.

Do not buy from here! Absolute rubbish customer service…will never be ordering from there again. If you face any problems or queries they are slow to respond and resistant to help. Happy to take your money though!

The biggest scammers in the world , Liar and scammers , they send wrong items , posting fake pictures for item and never refund entire money .
If you want refund they say you must pay the postage cost for item and they promis give you that money .
'' We apologise for this inconvenience, we take care in making sure the right item is sent out to you but unfortunately as the volume of orders is high a mistake may be made along the line. Please return this item, our prepaid return label does not cover parcels, we will refund you the postage cost as well as the cost of the item.'' .
never happened this , they cheated me with the postage cost and was almost half item price

Bought an iPad protective cover via eBay - company sent the wrong size. When I asked for a refund they told me I had ordered the incorrect one and it was my mistake. I sent screenshots of my order accompanied by photos of the product they sent to point out the discrepancy, which they refused to acknowledge. Eventually received a refund (after returning incorrect product) but I will NEVER buy from this company again. Absolute chancers who send rude emails. They are not beyond gaslighting their own customers!

I wanted a case for my Samsung A12. But it was not listed on the Gorilla Tech site, or Amazon. I have a similar case for my other phone and wanted the same model of case for this one. I called Gorilla Tech direct, spoke to a guy called Moe (spel?) who took my number, called me back in 10 minutes, and said they had such a case. He advised me to order a case from Amazon (different model) and he wold then substitute the case I wanted. He explained that not all cases listed on Amazon or their own site. And case arrived less than 24 hours later. All in all highly impressive

Ordered a screen protector and it came in record time. Only 2 stars you wonder.. yes because they sent the completely wrong one!!!! 🙄 I've tried calling them twice but of course no answer..
The 2 stars were only for the quickness of the post!!!

I had this iPad case for only a few weeks when the fastener broke off. To put this in context, I never take the tablet out of the house and it gets very light handling - so no rough handling or over-use issues. I emailed Gorillarech directly about this but they ignored me completely. I sent a complaint to Amazon (from whom I had sourced the product) and they passed on the complaint but, again, Gorillatech completely ignored it and did not get back to me. I carried on using it for a while in its broken state but recently ditched it for something better. Shocking customer service, therefore, and not a robust product.
