I had an amazing experience doing a 12,000ft tandem skydive with Giuseppe at Headcorn. It was my first time skydiving and I went all by myself so I didn’t have anybody waiting for me at the finish, but Giuseppe and the rest of the team were great and made me feel very safe and proud.

My 12,000 Skydive package was booked for Headcorn in Kent. I do believe others who have left bad reviews may have dealt with other offices, but my experience with these guys was amazing. My first dive was cancelled due to bad weather but they informed me 5pm the day before, so no issue. I booked my next dive but realised that I couldn't make that and they easily moved it with no fuss. Final dive showed great weather, I booked the camera package and arrived at 8:30am and it was a seamless operation. They had 60 people jumping that day, so it had to be..!! within a short time I was called for training, then not long after that I was called to get kitted out and the next thing we are off to the plane..no time to get nervous. My Hungarian instructor (janos) was in the field and he came straight up to me with the handicam to start recording. What a lovely friendly guy, took me through everything, checked all my kit, spoke to me the whole time, took great video, we flew through a rainbow in the clouds, absolutely amazing. He was the best instructor, you could not ask for a better knowledgable and friendly person to give you the confidence to jump. Would highly recommend these guys in Headcorn.

Absolutely unbelievable experience jumping from 15,000ft with the awesome instructor Nick. Took a while to get up in the plane but I would happily wait twice as long for that kind of rush!!! Nick was a proper sound bloke and shared stories of all his years skydiving, advice on how to get into it as a proper hobby and once the parachute had deployed pointed out all the local geography from the skies. Even did a few tricks on the way down! To add to the experience got it all captured on the wrist mount GoPro and had the footage emailed to me within 10 minutes of landing, very impressed there! All high depth and edited with music. Thanks to all the team there and thanks Nick for making it even more memorable and fully sending it just like I asked!
AWFUL SERVICE
Terrible customer service. Rebooked dive 7 times over the last year and keeps getting cancelled. On one occasion I got INTO the plane, strapped to instructor and made to get out because the plane broke down before take off. Another was due to "air traffic". They then told me I had to pay to extend my voucher despite the fact it's THEM cancelling. Refusing the refund me. They've told me I need to sell my dive privately.. not my job. Customer service is shambolic. Do not book through these.

This a was a birthday present by my partner and family. Enjoyed the whole experience everyone was very professional and helpful. Special thanks to my jump instructor Alex and the amazing camerawoman Maddy. Both very talented people who made this experience very personal and enjoyable.
No refunds.. £700 that they tried to keep
Booked a skydive for me and my partner as a birthday gift. Including a camera package for my partner. Total cost was £700. The date we booked was cancelled due to weather, understandably.. the 2nd time it was cancelled again due to weather. After this we decided the time we wanted to do it had passed and so requested a refund. This is when the problems really started. Point blank refused to offer any kind of refund. I spoke to the manager Josh who clearly uses chatgpt to send responses. Explicitly told me no refunds would be issued.
Went ahead and claimed the money back through my bank, including deposit that I would have agreed to them keeping. Thank you VISA!
I'm sure if we'd managed to have our jump this review would be a good one and would have been a great experience. Due to the way they treat their customers I was quite shocked at their response.
Don't let them win. Claim through your bank.
To the owner. I would highly suggest you give customer service training to your staff. Perhaps give Josh a course in customer service and management. He relies on AI which shows complete incompetence at his job. When someone has paid £700 to you, and they get nothing from it in return, don't refuse to offer any kind of refund as that is morally wrong. You have been reported to trading standards.

Me phil and steve jumped from 15,000ft today and all staff was profesionals and made the jump exciting and easy.. i forgot to cross my legs at the start but learned fast where i was going wrong. It was amazing experience and thank you to my jumper Fae and Sophie, Rolo with steve & Maian with phil and all staff that delt with us today.

If you bought a skydive voucher, contact your bank and request a refund—the chances of actually jumping are less than 50%. You can spend 3 hours driving to their airfield, then another 5 hours waiting for “good weather,” only to watch people who paid on the spot go ahead with their jumps. Eventually, they announce that the weather is “too bad” and the day must be rescheduled.
Most people won’t waste another full day hoping to jump, and the company will then try to avoid issuing refunds. Go straight to your bank and report it as a service not provided. If enough people do this, their bank will close their account.

This was an absolutely amazing…
This was an absolutely amazing experience that I will remember for the rest of my life! My instructor Nathan was absolutely amazing! I paid for the jump to be videoed and the filiming was excellent- so happy I have a video to remember this by as the entire jump didn’t feel real! It’s a cinematic masterpiece- got clips of me in the plane going up, then jumping out the plane and for the entire free fall- and caught us just in time for the landing. My jump was rescheduled a few times due to weather but this made me feel SO safe on the day as I understood they took every factor into account. I truly couldn’t fault my experience, the day was amazing and when I called ahead of time to ask questions everyone was so responsive and helpful! Thank you SO much for the amazing experience - and thanks so much Nathan for getting me to the ground safely!

My son and his Granny did a tandem skydive this morning and loved it! They want to do it again! Everyone is so friendly and they felt safe and taken care of. I don’t understand the complaints on here about cancellations, we were cancelled too but we understand weather is changeable and out of all our hands and much better to keep us safe!! So a big Thank You!! Nothing to complain about!! Great experience all round. Go Pro was sent to portal before we arrived home so very prompt and good quality capturing every stage and included pics and video before and of jump and after. Thanks again will recommend you 🙏👏

Incredible experience, diving out of a plane from 10,000 feet is something everyone should experience at some point in their life (personal opinion).

Yes there is some waiting around and the weather is a key determinant of when and if you will get to skydive but you do receive information on weather the day before and they do all they can to make sure you are informed. I was worried about a hard sell of upgrades - being filmed etc - but other than a few emails and a question on checking it they don’t push you hard. Time flies as you watch others experiencing the jump and there’s a cafe for refreshments. I had family there and would recommend bringing someone else along to help to pass the time.
The experience itself feels extremely safe. My instructor Nick was the epitome of knowledge, experience and class, his desire is that you have as good an experience as possible at the same time as assuring you of the safety and letting you know everything the is going to do and when he’s going to do it - as a veteran of the British forces his preparation is on point and allows you to just enjoy the jump. Thanks Nick, I’ll be back and will bring my sister and nephew.

I was given all the help I needed from the get go! I jumped with the army parachute team at Salisbury. I have Parkinson's and was raising money for Parkinson's UK. From the guys in the guard house, to signing in, went smoothly as you would ever hope for. The real magic started with the training, where you are taught all you need to know. I then met probably the coolest guy, my tandem jump partner Frenchie an ex-Red Devil. I felt safe and relaxed under his guidance. It was the first time I have felt normal since I was diagnosed.

We booked a skydive via virgin experience days and the day before it got cancelled due to weather, unfortunately we had travelled over 6 hours for this for my partners birthday, I called as soon as the text had come through to confirm and when speaking to the staff member was told I can rebook or have it unredeemed back to virgin experience days and I would be refunded for my photo package i bought through them via a request in email, there was limited availability for the rest of the year for us to rebook so proceeded with the advice from the staff member to contact virgin experience days for the voucher to be unredeemed, this was not possible on there side it had to be done by goskydive, when I emailed this and the request for the refund of photo package I was refused. They would not take responsibility of the now evident lie told to me on the phone. After numerous back and forth they have now gone against there policy they were hiding behind to unredeem the voucher and said an investigation would take place, when I said this is an admission of poor service they then said it was only done in good faith (was not communicated like this) and they would still not refund the photo package however it can be redeemed, basically open ended holding of my money. I have since raised this dispute with my credit card provider and requested a copy of the phone call from goskydive WHO HAVE NOW STOPPED RESPONDING. You cannot tell customers one thing and then refuse them after. Accept responsibility for the mistake and act accordingly to maintain good customer service, this would have been a positive review otherwise and I would have considered rebooking but there has been a total lack of competence and care here

The aircraft that was originally supposed to fly my daughter and her group had to remain grounded due to technical issues, and they had to use a different plane, which caused over an hour of delay.

I'm absolutely disgusted by this company. I was told I cannot do my jump because of a previous injury, which is of course fine. However then I was told that although the booking was only just made they would be keeping (Stealing) the money I had already paid. There has been no cost to GoSkydive and I was told by GoSkydive that they would not let me jump with a previous injury. I did not cancel the Jump myself the company did and then stole the money I had paid them in good faith. Absolutely disgusting business practice. I would never cancel on a client and then steal the money they had paid.
Incredible experience
From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Me and my 80 year old mother had an incredible experience. This was our 3rd booking due too bad weather on the previous two times. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. The whole experience has made me want to do it again. All your staff are a credit to your company.
