Don't even try...

I ordered on 16th June 2025, a month later there still was nothing new about my order but Paypal ofc charged me.
I placed a problem on paypal and only then, the shop sent a mail that my "order is being processed". I answered them that I do not want the order anymore, to cancel it since I think a business treating customers like that should not be supported. They sent the order 2 days later anyway.

When I received the package, the shirts were cheap fabric and the print would probably not even live through one wash without damage.
I told the shop to send me a return label, twice - nothing.

Paypal thankfully refunded me completely since the shop did not even answer them anymore.

Now I still have the shirts in a package here and don't even know how long I have to keep them in case the shop wants them back someday.

TL;DR
- overpriced shirts made of cheap fabric and bad prints
- a shop that does not answer any e-mails at all
- false statements in the whole "FAQ" section on the website

Bad customer service wrong size shipped

I've been waiting almost 2 months for my order, placed on 19 nov, arrived on 9 jan. I understand that were holidays and cr_p, but still.. almost 2 months .. other than that I didn't received no AWB to follow my order and I had to mail them for it. Additional mails were send about my order with no response from them. Then the surprise when the package arrived, one of the T-Shirt was the wrong size. Ordered women M and received man L.. I've emailed them to sort this out but no answer so far.. Quality of the products is not great, at best so and so. The shop idea is nice, but I will not buy again from them, long delivery times and wrong size shipped is a deal breaker for me.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Website says you can contact for returns if it’s the wrong size which is not true- they never respond to the emails.

When I first places my order I got no confirmation, no shipping notice, no tracking information. The only way I was able to get them to even respond to me to see if my order had gone through was to threaten to charge back my credit card.

Not worth the hassle, go somewhere else!

Nice shop

Nice shop. I received my order quickly and even though I had forgotten to type in a promotional code, they sent me the corresponding refund, which was very much appreciated.

long shipping, worst customer service ever.

It took them a very long time to ship the products, but i don't blame them, it was around x-mas time...it just can happen, no biggie! (Orderet at the beginning of November '23, shipped beginnign of december '23) Unfortunately the swiss postal services "lost" the parcel at the customs and that's where the madness started. The post told me to contact the store since they need to file a case with their insurance. I asked the gothicat store and they told me, that they're on it. That was the last message i received (Jan. 18. 2024). Several follow up questions remains yet to be answered (Today's March 18. 2024) Again, it's not their fault at all that the parcel got lost by the swiss post and i don't blame them! But the way they don't care at all about me as a customer is unacceptable for me. Questions whether to get my money back or to re-order the items weren't answered. I paid via paypal and was able to contact them to get my money back, which was confirmed today. After all, i can only recommend to keep away from that store after what i just experienced.

Be prepared for a long wait ...

The shirt is really lovely, but I wish the customer service was better.

I got my shirt in a month, which actually seems on the quick side compared to other experiences here. I guess the shirts take time to make as they are personalised, but on the site it says that they are shipped within 2-3 days. I didn't mind that much as I wasn't in a rush, but I would have appreciated some info on this. No response to my e-mail either.

Gothicat waste of time and money

To say Gothicat is utterly terrible and useless would be an understatement, if not the entire history of the human race. First you order item or items and an email to confirm the purchases, so far so good. But thats when it all goes completely wrong. I hear nothing for months, so I send them an email. I can only assume that the email prompted them to get on with the order. Ok so they might be busy, so I'll give them that. But no wait it gets worse. One item a ladies size small t-shirt of kittens of mercy, feed me first as always. Have been sent to the wrong address even so I request the item to be posted to my home address. Luckily the wrong address is my old work address so I'll collect it on Friday. Nice one Gothicat, but what it gets worse, yes worse. The other two items that managed to get the my address turned out to be the wrong items. One Rammeowstain t-shirt ladies small and a Meow division bag. What I got was some sort of Smiths meow t-shirt medium and a meow division t-shirt medium. How the hell can they get this so so so wrong. I email them about the issue, no response. So I'm stuck with two items I don't want and can't get my money back. Gothicat are using they gothic coolness and slick website to scrape by, but sorry your not pulling the wool over my eyes with this one. Gothicat you are completely and utterly useless, rubbish, unreadable fly by night small time criminals. My advice to anyone wanting to buy anything from Gothicat is to forget it, stay well clear, avoid them at all cost. Thank you Gothicat for taking my money, sending the wrong items and wasting my time.

I'm still waiting for my order

I'm still waiting for my order. A shipping label was only prepared on May 8, 2023 for an April 8 order after I emailed the company twice. As of today, May 19, the package remains "in process." USPS tracking hasn't received any updates. I can't speak to the quality of the shirts, but customer service is nonexistent.

Placed an order mid November thinking 6…

Placed an order mid November thinking 6 weeks was plenty time for delivery for Christmas. Heard nothing whatsoever then received an email on 16th December saying my package had been shipped with an expected delivery of Jan 23. Absolutely useless. Avoid them.

delivery too long

to be honest, i love the shirts. i ordered at the end of august, i receive my package at the beginning of october. and the worst : they don’t respond at any message, mail or whatever. the shirts are very nice and it’s good quality but the delivery is veeeery long
