Avoid bikeservice
I visited their service in Berlin for a small fix (around 2 hours by their estimate), and during the service, they damaged an 1800 euro frame. Estimation was done extremely badly and the final price was 210% of an estimation. The mechanics were extremely rude and incompetent (worked with GRX810 thinking it has only 2 front derailer positions) and/or tried to cheat me on every step (ex. "oh, we damaged your frame, we can give you a free service next year", "it's ok that brakes aren't tight, it will get better with time" when they just failed to remove air from the hydraulic system, "it's ok that you can't change your gears due to cross-chaining" when that gear position was described in GRX 810 manual and should work, and etc).
And I love the most how mechanics told me "look at me when I am talking to you" when I wanted to show them manually for GRX810 to prove that I know that they tried to cheat me.
