Great wheels... until you need service

I have a pair of 2020 R4 and the freehub needs servicing. I tried to contact Scope by email and through their site, without reaction. I got an answer after calling them on the phone, only to hear that the freehub body is not produced anymore.

I then raised a service request on their site to get a full hub replacement. I received an automated email promising a follow-up in 24 (business) hours stating "We are bike riders ourselves so we understand the urgency".

That was 6 days ago.

I gave up and found a solution with a LBS. My next pair of wheels won't be from Scope...
