GPS City had a great price for a Fenix 5 Slate Gray. I was concerned about it being literally new because of the price, but true enough it was. The unit looks beautiful and even though it has only been a few hours since receiving it, so far everything works flawlessly. GPS City was quick to fill the order, and although I personally paid to have it delivered overnight, it was delivered on time as expected. They answer every email, and they cordially and professionally take calls. Great to do business with and genuine to their word.

Re. Review of GPS city, GREAT EXPERIENCE received item faster than anticipated. I was so impressed I went the their site and bought more items directly.

I ordered the item on Dec 22th. Scheduled delivery was Dec 27th. It arrived on Dec 23rd by fedex. Much surprised.

Product was sold at a very good price comparing to other resellers. Product arrived on time and was as described. I will certainly order again from this seller.

The item came as quick as possible during the Christmas rush and was exactly what I had ordered. Didn't know where to go but Garmin for a battery cover for my 660LM. Online chat with Garmin rep and he tried but could not come up with the part. Gave me the part number and said maybe try E-bay or Amazon. I just googled the part number and Garmin and GPS city pops up first with exactly what I needed. Quick and easy and was on my step in a matter of 5 days. AWESOME!!!

Ordered a spare battery for my Montana 700 gps but unfortunately it was on back order and due to COVID 19 made things worse , that said ,when I contacted GPS City about the delay they were very attentive to my concerns and gave me as much information as they could , I received my battery today and all is well,I would be very happy to deal with GPS City again .

Ordered an item and they shipped it via USPS who said they delivered the item but not where it was delivered. I used Paypal and they refused my refund because of the tracking scan.

Dumbest website I have ever used. You must wait 10 to 15 seconds to click to a new page or their server interrupts and displays a msg that you are ckicking too fast. You must back up and wait before clicking through. Ridiculous.
