I was looking for a Ram mount for my Tablet, I tried Amazon first to be honest but could not find the model I was looking for. I did a quick google search for the model and GPS City came up. I took a look at the selection of Ram mounts they have which is way more then Amazon by the way. Found what I was looking for and ordered it. The ordering process is really smooth. I now have a a new go to for ordering Ram mounts

Very impressed on the service they gave me, ordered my garmin unit one afternoon was shipped the next hour and arrived to my residents in three days. Looks like whenever i need something else gps city is the first place i will look.

What I like best about GPS City (aside that they are in Canada like me :) is that they have incredible selection in their stock. They have had every single item I've looked for and it's a huge plus. I don't even look at Amazon anymore for this kind of gear!

Websites great too. I would just suggest on their product listing pages they allow more items to be shown. Sometimes it says 2,000 items in results lol that's a lot of clicking...

Shipping was as expected and well packaged.

No issues, other than one part I ordered that was backordered. It didn't say that on the website when I ordered it. So, it took longer to receive my order than expected.

I recently ordered a part from GPScity. The wrong part came in so I emailed them. They went above and beyond to make it correct by shipping the correct part the same day and told me to keep the wrong part. I did however mail back the wrong one because I didn't pay for it. Thanks, GPScity!

GPS City is a wonderful company to work with. Delivery is always on schedule. Customer Service is awesome. Love these guys!

I have nothing but praise for their customer service. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I’ve bought around $5000 worth of Garmin equipment from them in several orders and always received the items quickly and as advertised.
My experience is with the Canadian site, and I’m confused at the negative reviews since there the complete opposite of my experience. I usually don’t bother writing reviews for ‘good’ service but I will for outstanding service.

Steer WELL CLEAR of GPS City.
I purchased a 610 Montana new from them.
It failed within 12 months.
They replaced it with a used, apparantly refurbished unit. History unknown?
Yes GAVE ME A SECOND HAND UNIT.
Now some 30 months later the outer case has rotted & the on/off button has disintegrated.
GPS City don't want to know. Disreputable customer service.

I ordered a garmin fishfinder. I then found a newer model $200 cheaper at Cabelas. I never opened the package and returned it with the label they sent me. Today they notified me that they were deducting $200 because the unit came back in a "unsellable" condition. That's funny since the damn package was never opened! I contacted customer service and was told my case was closed and to take it up with Ebay. I filed a complaint with Ebay. They sided with me and the full refund was issued. Thanks Ebay, screw you gps rip off city!!!

My package arrived postage due ($8.50). They offered to refund me if I went to the post office to pay the postage due. I did. Then they refused to refund me. What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?

Extortionate shipping costs
Bought a ram mount for £6.00 through eBay immediately realised that the postage was going to be £34.00 so cancelled my order within 2 minutes, also emailed them to ensure the cancellation took place, they insisted on posting it out whatever and wouldn’t cancel
Sent it back at cost of £10.00 only
NoW I have all my money back thanks to ebay sorting it out
Wouldn’t use again, ignorant towards there customers

I can not say one bad thing about GPS City. I ordered a Garmin Panoptix when installing the next day found out it wasn't compatible with my Garmin echo map chirp 93sv. After a couple of emails, they sent a return label. Gps City credited my pay pal account with all the money I had paid. Good customer service GPS City.
