I ordered 5 ceramic Christmas trees - they sent me small plastic trees that were not what I ordered. Dollar store would have been better. They offered me $8 for a return after I spend over $80 on their website. DO NOT ORDER Anything from this website. They are crooks. They are refusing to refund my pyrchase.

All of these reviews I’m reading ring true for me as well I tried to cancel my order with 45 minutes of placing it when the amount charged to my pay pal account was more than my order receipt. They drug it out said already shipped. I disputed with pay pal and was denied said received tracking once I received the plastic crap I redisputed and was denied said I could return but I had to pay postage . Which of the many company names and addresses do you return to and why would I spend more money for international postage. I will continue to post about them and fight with pay pal. Why would they support such scammers after seeing all these claims.

Do not order from this company!! What they advertise is false. I thought I was ordering 5 large ceramic light up Christmas trees what I received was 5 very small, PLASTIC, Christmas trees. I have filed a dispute with PayPal & my credit card company, we will see if I get my money refunded. I’m not sure why PayPal does business with this company.

Do not order from this company. I saw this ad on Instagram. I expecting 5 beautiful ceramic various sized Christmas trees that light up to arrive for Xmas. I bought for myself and my mom. They got shipped from china and Spain and when they arrived the products were plastic not ceramic and no more than 5 inch in various smaller sizes. I did get 5 in various sizes and white and gold lighting that require batteries not included. They were also plastic. I could have bought them for super cheap at dollar store as for $5 total. I ended up paying $83.94 was able to dispute with cc company and they credited me back. When I called support at gradualon they offered to credit $10 max but if I wanted to send back it would be costly. I am making this review so others do not fall for this scam

I would give them no stars! They are scammers and falsely advertise and you will not receive what you pay way too high for!!

I placed an order and was over-charged initially. I did receive a refund for the difference however when I received the items they were not as pictured or described! Very Disappointed! I have since emailed support and have not heard back. I have a co-worker that has had the same experience with a product. She requested return instructions and was given a refund of 6.00! Not even near the amount she was charged! I would suggest to not do business with them!

HORRIBLE ! JUST HORRIBLE! I THOUGHT WHAT I WAS GETTING WAS A NICE SET OF LIGHT UP TREES FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND I GOT THE CRAPPIEST PLASTIC TREES THAT BATTERIES WOULD NOT EVEN GO IN WITHOUT BREAKING THE PLASTIC! I CONTACTED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND AFTER SPENDING ALMOST $75 THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME $3.00 BACK IN RETURN! I will be disputing these charges because I DID NOT GET ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED!!

The items received are poor junk. I could have done better at the dollar store! I did not review the return policy, which is also crap, so I paid over $30.00 for cheap plastic Christmas trees.
Do not fall for the pretty pictures they advertise.

Run, don't walk away from this company. They falsely advertise their products then deny it. They will not allow returns. They are a joke!

I ordered a set of 5 illuminated holiday trees over a month ago. This company overcharged my PayPal account by 10.85. Bringing the cost to 47.02. What I received over a month later was 5 cheap little trees that were grossly exaggerated in the ad. I’m sure it would cost me money to return. Stay clear away from these scammers. They also change company names all along the way to confuse people Crooked!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I purchased a set of 5 "Mercury Glass Christmas Trees". The picture was so pretty! What I got was garbage! They appeared to be varying heights and sizes, but all 5 were 5.5inches tall, and made of cheap looking plastic! The battery doors fell off in my hand on two of them. I paid $36.17 for these crappy trees. They also took an extra $10.85 out of my account, that if I hadn't noticed they would have also kept! They will not refund my money, and I feel so stupid for trusting them to send me a quality product!

Very misleading. The pictures of images are taken from other websites and they do not resemble the products shipped. Save your money. Avoid this shop.

Purchased gold light up Christmas tree’s- set of 5. Received 2 broken: 1 the switch to turn the light on was far below surface level so you couldn’t switch on. I tried using a slim object but it was just floating and flimsy so obviously couldn’t turn on. Another has a short in the wiring, it turns on/off as it pleases. Aside from that, it’s not gold.. it’s an ugly, plastic yellow colour and looks incredibly cheap- far worse than dollar store finds.
I contacted customer support- provided photos and a video as requested and they offered me a $4 refund (paid $36). I asked for a refund and to return and they upped it to $8. I obviously again declined and said I wanted a full refund and to return the broken product. They then stated I would have to pay for shipping back to China.. I provided them a screen shot of their policy posted right on their website and it states for damaged goods, the customer is not responsible for the return shipping cost.
They still refused and offer an insulting $8 refund.
To add to this, all this communication happened over almost a full 2 weeks. They kept dragging it on and on ignoring my request to return.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I should have read the many, many online reviews of how terrible their quality is, I guess there is a reason we can’t leave reviews on their page. Lesson Learned here!!

If I could mark zero stars I would. I have been waiting on Christmas trees that I ordered the middle of October. They sent me some kind of tracker which shows they are still in China. I can’t believe I fell for this kind of company yet again. If they say they are in the US don’t believe it. Never buy something on FB unless it’s in the market. They don’t care what you think, they make lots of money on us fools, so you may as well just kiss your money goodbye.

I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing the items. The items looked nothing like it was advertised. Total scam, I regret spending the money, it is absolutely crap.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I made the purchase. Absolute scam. Do not buy from them. I received $2 cheap crap also, instead of large mercury glass christmas trees they were 5" pieces of plastic crap. They wanted to refund me $7 out of the $41
I had spent then said I would have to return them to China instead of the California address that was on the box. I have disputed the charge on my card and throwing these in the garbage. So mad I even trusted an unknown site. Buyer beware.

What a scam!! The items I purchased look NOTHING like the picture on the website. They have sent me a bunch of cheap crap that can’t be worth more than $2. Buyer beware!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
