Was getting my prescription without priblem for around 2 years,went 1 smSaturday and they wouldn't give me it.
I'd been waiting for 40 Minutes while the staff were just chatting in general while i just stood there like a fool.
They really screwed me over as i had no medication for 3 days and my GP isnt too happy.
My Nuerologist is calling me soon to discuss my medicatiom and i will explain what they did to me.
For over ten years all the friendly, helpful and efficient
people who work at Grafton have been wonderful, even when

Great staff friendly and helpful I was nervous having my first flu jab.
These rogues charged me £59.97 for two private prescriptions. When I looked on line how much they cost it was half the price. i called to say I was unhappy at them ripping me off and will return the medecines and he said he would not refund me and not to bother. he also kept my prescription. I will now contact Trading Standards Bureau to complain about this unscrupulous greedy behaviour.

It is very unfair for you to call us rogues. We are a very well respected pharmacy in our local area and provide a professional service to all our customers.
When you initially came into the pharmacy you were expecting to pay NHS charges for a private prescription and it was explained that this would not be the case. Before you were supplied the medication you were clearly informed of the price to which you agreed.
You say that you have now found the same medication cheaper online however, when calling the pharmacy to complain, you clearly stated that you had called and obtained a cheaper price at another pharmacy. I'm sorry to say but you story is somewhat inconsistent here. In any case so you are aware, online prices do not reflect the price at which community pharmacies obtain their medications.
As explained to you, pharmacy regulations stipulate that we are unable to take back and re-stock medications which have left the premises.
We are sorry that you feel this way however, we strongly rebut any allegations of "ripping you off".
