Several weeks later and we have just recieved notice that they have only just posted them, and the6 will be yet another month. Given I requested fast post at the time of my prder, this is not good enough

Ordered a one single tan coloured Garmin watch strap, they ended up charging me for 3 straps and sent 3 black straps. Wouldn’t offer any valid options for a refund unless I shipped it back on my dime and said there’s a high probability it would get lost in transit. Even if I wanted the right item shipped, they said I’d have to pay for shipping. Absolutely ridiculous and insane customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER.

No existing custumer service
No existing custumer service. I ordered a camera case for 40eur. Package put ON THE STREET in front of my house. Got stolen 3 hours after delivery when I was there. I asked for reimbursment, contact got basically closed with me and cannot reach them anymore. Shipping took over 8 weeks. Better go somewhere else.

Deceptive not trustworthy
I’ve ordered two separate times from this site, some jelly sandals. The first order, they sent email informing the items no longer in stock, would I like alternative?
I choose the alternative and they were ok as substitute
This has happened again with another product, and I asked for full refund, and am still waiting. This site is not to be trusted, it seems they list random items to get your money then hold onto it regardless of whether the items are available

Trust pilot needs a minus stars
After stuipdily thinking that Grandando was a decent marketplace , I made a purchase . My item arrived super quickly but , that's the only good thing I can say. I received an item that god only knows what it's for , nothing at all to do with what I ordered . It took me 10 attempts to initiate a return only to be contacted by email to be told that a return would not be possible due to the expense ( didn't seem a problem shipping it to me ) and that I could have a store credit of half the cost of my actual purchase . It's been 3 weeks and I'm now having to get trading standards involved. Trust pilot needs a minus stars system.
(FURTHER UPDATE)
After leaving this review . I was contacted several times by the same person who responds to companies reviews, telling me I needed to take down this review as it shed the business in bad light . Each time I replied I was told there was no deception or misleading yet. The product listing has now been changed on their website . My order in my Grandando account has now disappeared, I have another Customer service agent by the name of Anis, contacting me telling me I am at fault. Despite several emails to both of them , educating them to my consumer rights and the fact that they're breaching multiple consumer rights laws. It's now nearly 6 weeks on from my original request to a return . This is beyond appalling

I took a chance
I took a chance, having read reviews and got caught. I ordered red tassel earrings and received a single blue tassel. I went online to try to resolve this and was led through a series of chatbots that eventually said ‘thanks for the feedback, have a nice day’ so frustrating!

Misleading, Slow Delivery
Misleading.
A recent purchase does not match the product details shown at the time of sale took weeks to arrive.
The product photo displayed on the website shows a large artwork spanning almost the length of the bath. However, the item I received is significantly smaller and does not align with the product image shown at the point of sale.
Given this discrepancy, I requested a full refund for this purchase. But this has been denied

Fast track is a scam
I ordered an electric scooter with fast track it said 2-3 business days, 3 business days later i track my order and it hasn’t even moved anywhere it’s still at thier warehouse whatever. Fast track is a scam it makes no difference it atleast should be on the way here but it’s not dont waste your extra 5 pounds or what ever currency you use

Avoid Grandado
The web site promised free delivery then charged nearly £3 and wanted to charge nearly £5 for an insured delivery. That gave me no confidence. No delivery date was specified when I ordered and it was only after I’d made the order - which can’t be cancelled - I was told it will be at least 25 days before I get the order. Since I needed the item reasonably quickly I found this appalling.
