Amazing agent on the line helped me out a lot I had to much stress about insurance payments and he helped me amazing worker !

Not a problem at all with the customer service staff, who are as people say delightful. The system itself however is dreadful, not allowed to make payments until certain days have passed, unable to update direct debits. They make things incredibly difficult for seemingly no reason at all and will be praying that whoever I make my insurer next does not use these lot for their finance.

Its been a hard few months with a sudden illness in the family, and my payments fell behind slightly. The customer service i received from acorn insurance has been outstanding, they understand and really went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was still on the road, Aeron and the rest of the team thank you so much

Initially, I spoke to Andrew who was very helpful, clear and concise with all the information he provided. He made a lot of effort to ensure my issues were taken care of. I then spoke to Leanne who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely informative, helped me thoroughly and ensured that the matters were dealt with. She went through the policy and procedures with clear instructions. I really appreciated both of them. They are both an asset to your team. They made the whole process easy for me. Had to make a stressful call today regarding missing a payment. First started my conversation with Zoe and she was absolutely brilliant to talk to very understanding and completely understood everything I was saying with no judgment and then she transferred me to someone called Ben to make the final decision and thankfully Zoe briefed him so I didn’t have repeat myself which I was super thankful for and Ben was super helpful going over the choices I had and the one we went with in the end was the best decision. Just wanted to say Zoe and Ben are delightful to talk to and completely understanding when it comes to theses difficult conversations. They are such an asset to your team and deserve more than 5 stars!
