This company is why I don’t use recruiters, worst experience ever. Two candidates two no shows Ali knew one was not coming and eluded to that but didn’t inform me. Promised return calls never happened. An absolute shambles who will be billed for a day of my time and mileage. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Promised candidate an offer when we were still going through interview process which we stated multiple times. Hounded and harassed calling every 5 minutes.
Told us a candidate had been offered another role and was not coming for interview. Candidate then got in touch and said that they told her we cancelled!!!
Complete scammers.

Candidate left after less than 2 weeks. No proportional refund. Don't use these people they are not a professional company. UPDATE
They had the cheek to call again. So to me this demonstrates they do not keep customer records and only farm CV's. Not a professional company.

This company, arranged an interview for me, as Level 3 practitioner, I got the job, I was promised a £300, bonus after 4 week. Once I completed the 4 week, I began to chase them for the bonus, they don't respond to phone calls or email.
Disgraceful!

Harassing sending unsolicited emails and phone calls. Asked repeatedly in writing to remove my data from their systems but has been ignored in breach of UK GDPR.

I’m now instructing my solicitor to take them to court. Reports of harassment has been made to police.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERS I am a nursery practitioner this company promised me a £500 bonus fee and 9 weeks after my start date… over 15 weeks later I have still received nothing. Cannot contact them they always tell me they will schedule a call back but nothing ever happens! This company is an absolute joke!!

WOULD GIVE 0 stars AVOID SCAMMERS! Not genuine! THE BONUS DOESNT EXIST AND THEY MAKE EXCUSES. I’m reporting you to fraud. Will be speaking to monkey puzzles HR to ensure they DO NOT use these recruiters. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR and praying on vulnerable adults.

Its been a great experience. From start to end they have been supporting me.

Absolutely appalling experience with Grant Manpower Recruitment. I honestly don’t know how this company is still operating.

I was promised a £750 bonus — not “maybe,” not “subject to mystery conditions,” but presented as a clear part of the offer. That turned out to be completely false. Once I started the role and tried to follow up, suddenly everything changed: excuses, vague responses, and then total silence.

The entire process feels deliberately misleading. What they tell you at the beginning and what actually happens are two completely different things. It gives the impression that they will say whatever is needed to get people through the door, with no intention of honouring it afterwards.

What’s even worse is the way they handle concerns — or rather, don’t handle them at all. Messages are ignored, there is zero accountability, and no basic professionalism. Being ghosted after raising a legitimate issue is unacceptable.

I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people not to use their services at all under any circumstances.

A promise of a £300 bonus following successful interview. Unable to get hold of anyone. They have been paid - I checked with the Company - I didn't and cannot get in touch.
I am going to report them to Financial Ombudsman immediately.

They are scammers, got an interview planned for me, they promised £500.00 welcome bonus and after I got the job and asked for the bonus, they said it'll be processed after 4 weeks from joining date, after this they completely disappeared. They are completely fraud. Please please don't trust them.

Had 2 interviews lined up, one of which they rescheduled and forgot to inform me of the change.

2nd interview I turned up for but had a family emergency so had to leave. Later that day I got home and received unprofessional and rude emails from the recruitment consultant.

I am disgusted with the level of service I received.

They are scammers. Saad and Danish from this company deliberately mislead me to go for an interview. They gave me a completely wrong job description. I told them clearly about what I was looking for. They agreed with me and completely lied to me that the job interview I was going for is what I want. When I turned up for the interview I found out that they lied about the job role and that the owner will be there to see me. They wasted my time and money. Stay well away from this company.

Shocking company do not go through this company to get a job. They still owe me a welcome boned 8 weeks after staring a new role . The bonus was promised after 4 weeks. They just give excuse after excuse saying the payroll department is on holiday,then they changed their policies so coujdt give me the money for another 4 weeks . Now they are ignoring me. Disgusting way to treat people. Now having to go through ACAS and my union .

I am Nursery Practitioner and I was still working for my old nursery. Grant Manpower booked face to face interview to a nursery and when I went to the interview nobody in the nursery knew about the interview. I got different WhatsApp messages, text messages on my way to the nursery but nobody in the nursery knew about the interview. They told me they were going to send me a voucher for apology but I never got it. Grant Manpower tried to reschedule the second interview but I decided to decline it. I don’t trust Gran Manpower.

Useless. Won't find you a job but will spam you twice a day with completely unrelated email. Doesn't reply to complaints. Do not get on their list, you'll never get off
