I ordered multiple glass pieces, bong, bubbler, sherlock,one hitter and a few others. I was a little concerned they would make the 2,500 + mile delivery. But they were packed just right. All came undamaged !!
I am impressed but not only that, it came in 6 days!!!!!!
Ordered on a Sunday came next Saturday. The only complaint is the USPS tracking sucks. Will be buying more in the future and won't worry about buy really expensive glass and it making it through the delivery.
Again 6 days all glass in one piece . life is great

I purchased a pipe thru Grasscity.com. Expected delivery to me was on a Saturday (15th). My package got to SLC on the Thursday before delivery to me in Bountiful, UT. The next day, Friday, my package left SLC and ended up in Billings, MT. Package finally delivered to me Thursday (20th).

When I first seen Grasscity and the prices they charge, I was extremely skeptical. But now after ordering from them, I will not go to any other shop. Their customer service is extremely professional and answer your questions in a timely manner. The items were well packaged with absolutely no issues. I received my first item in just over a week which it came from the Las Vegas warehouse. I am amazed by the quality. My other item is coming from The Netherlands, so I have not received it yet for obvious reasons. But I'm so excited to place my hands on the beauty on its way. I suggest everyone to check this company out. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

My first order some how was returned before I even received it, but Grasscity.com was very kind and very fast in correcting the issue. 5 stars for that, but my second order came very fast but the product is defective as it leaks, which is no good for a bong. That is why only 4 stars this time.

Received a very high quality glass bong very quickly in the delivered right to my door. I had purchased the shipping protection and glass product was wrapped in bubble wrap and suspended in foam peanuts in a very sturdy box!! That was one of the best packing of a fragile item I have ever seen! I would highly recommend Glasscity!

Unfortunately I have not received my order and have had zero updates and no communication from the company since placing the order apart from it’s been “shipped” provided my tracking details etc. I will not be ordering from here in the future!

Great company, been around forever and never heard anything bad about it. Best glassware I've ever bought and was half the price even after shipping compared to what it would've cost for something similar locally. Ordered Thursday and got it delivered by Monday morning. Overall 10/10

We ordered 5 items and received one. We have tried to contact Thr company multiple times and have received no response. The phone always has a busy signal.

They send me a defective Terp Pen for 50$ and i showed proof for them that it doesn't work they offered me a refund and now I can't get a hold of anyone too tlk about this and please just refund me i don't wanna call boundless Terp Pen company when I bought it from u guys I deal with u guys that is it!!!!
