Perhaps it's because I come from the "old" school, but why can't I find a legitimate, functioning bong. Has the smoke business turn to the corporate model of providing "useless" products, for the sake of higher prices and bigger profits. The recently purchased "bong" I received is quite useless for use in the smoking of pot. Whatever happen to the days of regular tubes, be them glass, plastic or even bamboo, with a spot for burning and a hole for a carb? I will place this, so called bong on my shelf as part of the several different styles of fancy bongs that are completely useless and ineffective for the burning of the herb. Please remove my name from your list of customers; I'll keep looking for that traditional useful bong.

Shipped fairly quickly but I was shipped the wrong item. Sent an email that hasn’t been answered. 🤷‍♂️
Update: my email was answered. I was told that the item I ordered stated that the colors are random. I didn’t see that on the site. Then item I selected was shown in blue. I was sent pink. After reading the entire product description I did in fact see that it says colors are random. I will say that it’s quite deceptive however. I saw the item and ordered it based on its appearance. Had it been clearer that the color would be whatever they decided to send I would not have ordered the item. Knowing that I was unsatisfied I was told I could send the item back and when they received it they would send another (they didn’t however say that I’d get the color I wanted at that point either). I felt, and still feel it is deceptive. Rather than putting the “random colors” somewhere farther down in the description it should be made clearer. Honestly it was a $20 item and I wouldnt have continued this review but I was sent a form today to verify that I was a real customer or the review would be marked as unverified. Bottom line is , they would not budge on their position and didn’t try to make it right. Lesson learned.

I ordered 3 items. Carb cap, quartz banger, dab rig. Received an email saying my pack was shipped. Got a small box with carb cap only. No communication about only one item shipping out. I email about the issue and was told that end of year inventory is why my other 2 items didn’t ship. Funny how there was zero communication about that when I got the email saying my package was shipped. And I still don’t have my other 2 items. I also offered to take pics of the small box and tracking taped directly to it because the dab rig I ordered wouldn’t even fit in the box I got. Won’t order from here again.

I got my bowl but not my bong. There is no customer service. All the links I click go to nothing. I have tried to contact USPS about my order. It just says the same thing every day since October 24th. I am ticked. I will do what I can to get a refund. And I have to buy a replacement. It was supposed to be here two days after I ordered it this is BS. And I don't want to hear that it's a fake company because I ordered it from grasscity.com

Had What I needed. Bowls seem a bit smaller than what I a used to, but they work great.
