poor service
Ordered 2 items that said they were both coming from Vegas, now I’m being told my ash catcher is stuck in Tennessee due to the hurricane. I was charged for both items, emailed a confirmation they were in the same box. Nothing. I don’t trust you guys anymore as no one even sent this info out when I ordered. I want a refund for my item.
