Mats are very durable! I bought my first set for my classroom 11 years ago. They have held up nicely.

The customer service was great. Shipping was fast, I think I received my mats in 2 days! We used these mats in our stalls at OKC Fairgrounds for the National Little Britches Rodeo Finals all week. They held up well and look new. They were easy to install and take out. I was very, very happy with this purchase.

Unfortunately I am unable to give 5 stars. The flooring was delivered with accuracy and I'm glad my husband was here. All the boxes came in separately but on the same truck. The shipping details were a bit confusing. The flooring went down so easy and was fun to do. However, I am already noticing scratches and puncture marks just from everyday living. So glad I have extra to fix it with if needed. No worries, I have told others how great and easy this flooring is and the price is perfect.

Its exactly what ordered. However it doesn't fit seamlessly. I got these because I have a roomba that I want to go from one floor to another. If you have a solution that would be great.

This is an update from an earlier post. The product worked well; my grandson and I finished it in two days. I'm not sure how it happened, but I needed two additional black pieces and had extra color pieces. I used the color pieces instead, and it looked great. The product cuts easily, but you may need to go over the cut several times.
I did not look into whether they had half pieces to fill in certain areas, such as door entries. I had to cut a whole piece to make smaller pieces for the door areas. I felt it was a waste, but that's why you order extra tiles.
All in all, it's a great product, easy to install once you get the center line correct. Now the bad part was the shipping, but that's not Greatmats' fault.

The delivery came earlier than initially told which was wonderful. The product installed easily and looks and feels amazing. The customer is very pleased with the end result.

Product was specified by the owner. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. They do what they say they will.

The freight company used by GreatMats (“T- Force Freight”) was deplorable, non-communicative, and unhelpful, causing extensive delays and complications. And shockingly, GreatMats had no control or leverage over them. Unfortunately this marred the otherwise positive experience with the GreatMats people. I note that GreatMats responded that they worked with me to find a solution, which is partly true. They tried to find a solution but failed to do so due to the recalcitrance of the freight company and lack of any leverage over them.

The customer service is fantastic. Beth helped me find the perfect gym floor mats to go over hardwoods. She sent samples for us to look at and then took our order over the phone. The product was backordered but was shipped within two weeks. Very happy with the purchase.

Took forever to get and shipping was delayed multiple times and promised and didn’t show up I had to go pick it up a distribution because of the delays
