The first delivery came in time
The first delivery came in time, but one of the wheel covers broked when instaling, all good with the claim, but was replaced by another that was already broken and even if mentioned that the sealing was missing from the replacement, the second replacement missed the sealing as well.

Greendrive experience so far
My experience has been great with greendrive. I will test the product and if it has the same quality of the original one i will start to buy more products from greendrive. They sent me car parfum as courtesy and that gesture is well appreciated and i will take it in account as the overall experience.

Started as a great experience but unfortunately shifted to a company to avoid.
I bought a set of model y wheel caps (set-of-4-uberturbine-19-inch-hubcap) back in July 24 and at that moment the contact went well and I rapidly received my order. One of the wheel caps had a production issue so I contacted GreenDrive and they replaced the wheel cap. A bit inconvenient to receive a defective product but all-in all they addressed the issue so I was happy.
I had to replace my tires for a winter swap in November 24 and for some reasons the wheel caps where near to impossible to remove. At that point I broke 2 out of the 4 wheel caps while removing them. My initial idea was to purchase 2 replacement wheel caps but the GreenDrive website mentioned the following.
Votre enjoliveur s’est cassé lors du montage ou démontage ? Nous vous le remplaçons de façon gratuite et illimitée, il vous suffit d’envoyer une photo au service client. (attention les casses liées à la conduite ne sont pas pris en charge.
So basically they replace broken wheel caps if they break during assembly or disassembly. This is great so I send them some pictures and within 2 days they replied and send me 2 new wheel caps. I was really impressed with the speed of service and quite happy that they replaced them for free.
When I received the wheel caps it turned out that they had send the wrong colour. I was ready to resend them for an exchange but I received no reply anymore. I’ve tried several times to contact them over mail, chat and even in French and they just ignore my queries.
This is really sad and I’ve then found some other customer feedback with the same complains. What initially started as a great experience turned in a total disappointment. After more than 2 months with no feedback further I decided to not purchase anything anymore from GreenDrive as they are not trustworthy. I’ve now found the same wheel caps (even cheaper) with a other online vendor and can again enjoy them on my car.
So sorry Greendrive you failed in your customer support.
Update 14/01/25: No emails received as claimed by Greendrive. SPAM was checked. Update to check on their end send, waiting for confirmation.
Update 25/01/25: Still no feedback, what they claimed in the reply on this review is just a lie. They clearly have no intend to support their customers. Stay away from this website.
Update 10/02: Message from Trustpilot received with the request to provide more info so that Greendrive can recognize my review as being real. Is this a joke?
What is real is that they still did no reach out nor provide a solution in the past 2 months. I have no gain in providing a bad review, I only want to protect others from the same disapointing expirience.

Not a great experience
Shipping, ordering and so on was fine but the product itself was garbage. And Greendrive doesn't accept any responsibility for the product being garbage after purchase. They sold me a piece of wrapping for a Tesla Model Y which is impossible to fit on the car unless you are a professional wrap magician. TesBros, the manufacturer, is well aware and has apologized. Greendrive, however, doesn't even respond to an e-mail describing this problem. In other words, they don't accept responsibility for their product once it's sold. I would never shop there again and would urge you to think twice about it also.

Avoid Purchasing Wheels and Tyres from Green Drive
Communication with Green Drive is only by email or on-line system. There is no telephone number. Green Drive failed to deliver my order and ignored my request for a refund.
I ordered wheels, winter tyres and TPMS sensors in October 2024. I checked a few specifications on email before ordering and was assured that the items were in stock and would be shipped within 5 working days. After two weeks, the status on my order still said "Payment Accepted". I asked them to give me an estimated delivery date, and they replied saying they would look into it. After waiting another two weeks, and several more emails being unanswered, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
I received no further communication from Green Drive. I finally managed to get a refund after 8 weeks by using my bank's charge-back process. The order still shows on my Green Drive order history as "payment accepted"!
Green Drive are still advertising complete winter wheel and tyre packages on their website today, but I would urge caution after my very poor experience.

Everything arrive on time (and earlier than expected) and in one piece.
We ordered for the second time for our new Tesla and we received all items (in Switzerland) within a few days. Super fast delivery. All items were shipped and arrived intact. The first time we ordered a cover for the trunk (a fairly large item) and arrived on time without problems. We will definitely order again. Thank you!

To arrive damaged in delivery due to poor packaging!
All communication is slow, you have to wait several days between answers...
Doesn't look like the company wants to take responsible for the damage!

This is a protective plate that goes under the car and which will be damaged after 10km of use with scratches all over it.
A replacement cannot take place.

25 days late, received damaged rims, no warranty
EDIT 2: After I finally received my order, my joy was short-lived, one of the rims arrived damaged on the inside for half the length, I tried to make a complaint, but their answer was that I have to laugh
"this type of defect on the rear part is not covered by our warranty policy"
What do you say to their answer... I bought the complete product and not just the front part of the rim... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I recommend that others do the same...
I spent €2000 and did not get the correct product...
EDIT: Today 05.11 I received a mail (tracking number) and date for delivery, it is on 12.11 but ok i can wait 5 more days.

Paid for the tires and rims 2000€ on 17.10, after 18 days I still haven't received them or the tracking number, I'm very dissatisfied because on the website it says delivery within 5 working days, but that hasn't happened yet... I counted a lot on this new set winter tires because I'm going on a long trip in 5 days... I'll give them a few more days for delivery, and after that i will cancel the order and ask for a refund... very frivolous company...

The items I purchased ( interior floor mats, frunk and trunk mats, etc.) have been quickly sent. The quality is actually very good and they perfectly fit inside. The mats have also an attractive finish and seems durable. The portal has also different terms of payment which could be useful. So far very happy. Recommended.

Although I nearly had a heart attack when changing the door lights on my tesla m3 as the electric seemed to cut off when I disconnected the 12v wire. This apparently is normal so would be nice to have been warned. All that said it's an excellent product, fits perfectly so happy days
