Car breakdown
Very easy to report a breakdown using the Greenflag app. Got quoted a time of 2 hours for them to reach me. Got an update 10 minutes. Very fast service. Managed to get my car started when the engine wouldn't start, drove it to my town straight to the garage. Battery had gone. Would recommend Greenflag. 10*

Expensive and slow
Green Flag's price is horrendous compared with "start rescue" - in fact it's OVER TWICE as expensive. not only that, any letters they send to you take 9 days to arrive due to their extremely slow administration so I've now received a letter saying I've renewed with them when I haven't. This kind of incompetency will make me stay away from you forever.
