Good service once they answer but long wait
They were very easy to understand once was able to get through to them. And they kept me updated on the drivers ETA.
However it took a long time for me to get through to someone.

Car breakdown
Very easy to report a breakdown using the Greenflag app. Got quoted a time of 2 hours for them to reach me. Got an update 10 minutes. Very fast service. Managed to get my car started when the engine wouldn't start, drove it to my town straight to the garage. Battery had gone. Would recommend Greenflag. 10*
