The rating is ZERO

The rating is ZERO, for a Business that totally disregards its customers, has ZERO effective communications and sends you over and over to the Robots in the Philippines, who promise that you will get a call back each day that you call, but NO callback and no response to a string of e-mails. I will be canceling my charge, never do business again and will gladly spread the word to other potential customers. KG can KMA!

zero 🌟 is a lot for this company

zero 🌟 is a lot for this company, my daughter gifted us with a newer version of their 💩 units. Few month latter the coffee maker stopped working, I called their customer service unsuccessfully w/o any help. Hard to speak with someone in Philippine I ask to speak with one of their supervisor they hang up on me. I have no choice but filling a complaint withthe BBB, they requested a prove of ownership if not enough the model number and serial number, I have to ask my daughter for the receipt which she didn't keep, she never expected the unite to go bad that fast. My advise to everyone do not buy that brand trash not worth it.

Orang crush soda leaked(No damage to cans just leaking from top of can)

I bought a case of their Crush Orange soda in January. It sat on a ledge and i noticed some leakage which has discolored/stained some paintwork.I checked the cans and 3 seemed to be leaking but with no evidence of any dents or damage to the cans. I made a complaint to them Feb 7th and received the usual response saying they hoped to contact me within 3 days, after 15 days i replied asking why happened to the 3 day thing. No response. After a lot of messing I finally talked to someone who asked me for MORE photos, MORE information and he then said he was going to resolve this and send me some coupons, He supposedly put in a complaint for some refund for the paintwork damage. Needless to say no coupons and still heard nothing from them. His email asked for more photos which I sent but the reply that came back gave me a NEW complaint # so I imagine they put those in a different "Black Hole " to ignore. This company seems to deliberately ignore complaints and they also seem to block what information consumers can find about the company.

30+ Year Green Mountain Fan!

I've been a Green Mountain coffee drinker since discovering it 30 years ago! My favorite is the Organic Sumatran Reserve, a dark, rich coffee without the acid and bitterness of other dark coffees I've tried. Very happy with their auto delivery service.

Burn Burn Ouch!

Never order from here again! Ordered coffee Green Mountain. It has been a nightmare. I have burned my hand twice badly The pods explode! They claim they have a call center but I really don't think so! It has been 4 weeks and the only person that answers the phone is Serge who really is not trained and has a language barrier. Twice he told us that there were no orders showing no account yet I had all information. When asking for a supervisor he would not put me through rather left me on hold for at least two
hours.Never ever checked on us while waiting. Twice. Celeste a really nice attendant explained that all of his calls would be monitored and he would be trained. This never happened and once again he was left untrained to take calls. He at one point while giving out incorrect information threatened to hang up unless we agreed to agree with what he was saying. A Mr. Siebel who apparently is the manager of Customer Relations and Call Center was not much better. I did explain that these coffee pods exploded and burned my hand but he was more eager to explain that "we understand if customers want to shop elsewhere" Rather inappropriate! Four weeks for an actual manager to call back about a serious problem with their pods. Why because Serge Customer Service refused to allow a customer to speak to his superior. Pods which were supposedly free have never shown up and no-one there will address this. I will go elsewhere and I caution anyone purchasing coffee here to rethink this as this company has really proven just how much they do not care about customers! The Green Mountain Pods explode and I did take pictures but they don't care! Furthermore Canada Post explains that Mr Siebel has done no actual fact finding never ever called there as he promised! All pictures and pods will be shown in article! And facebook.

Poor web site

Well, I switched from ordering my coffee from Keurig to 11th Street Coffee, since Keurig's web site has been screwed up ever since they merged with Green Mountain. Green Mountain had a great wed site, however since it wasn't broken, Keurig decided to fix it! It's been a total disaster ever since. The latest was Keurig's web site had been down for days for updates and I needed to order coffee.

Every time, and I mean every time, I tried ordering coffee from Keurig's web site, I was unable to do what I needed to do and always ended up placing a phone call to get it straighten out

What bunch of morons would take down a wed site for days to do an update. I believe that I can speak with some authority regarding this subject, as my firm designed web sites before I retired.

Decent coffee, but it is cheaper at my grocery store than the website.

I really don't notice a difference among coffee, especially among Keurig cup brands. All I can differentiate is the various flavors. This website lists the coffee as considerably more expensive than where I shop at, and I shop at the most expensive grocery store in my area. (Only because it's the closest) This site does have a club membership rate which is discounted a couple dollars, but it's still slightly more expensive than the store. If you don't care about price and like the convenience of having it shipped to your door, then this site would work great for you.

Great marketing company but with their advertising and direct marketing approach they price the coffee as though it was a premium product but the quality of the taste is average.

Sold and enjoyed their coffee for years

i have always enjoyed the gmc brand of coffee. I have worked in places using this brand and also sold their coffee through a wholesale food distributor. The coffee blind taste tests almost always went in their favor. Great variety of flavors my favorite being blueberry and cinnamon swirl. Keep up the good work!

a+++ service.

I ordered 2 thurmos made mugs with their cute company logo. Before placing an order, I asked them if they accept international shipping. Their reply was very courteous and friendly. nice people!!
The mugs were shipped with them well packaged. a+++ !!!
I've been using the mug for 2 years now.
