We used Griffiths Ings to both sell our house in North Cardiff and buy a house in North Cardiff. Their office is based in the Vale of Glamorgan but this made no difference to the service that we received. Victoria was the main point of contact, however, Julian Ings was on hand to advise on any particularly tricky issues. We found the company extremely helpful in not only providing the legal work to enable our sale and purchase to run smoothly but they were also knowledgeable about other aspects surrounding moving house and provided us with good sound advice. We would definitely recommend this solicitors.

Melissa Jones has acted for us in a number of house purchases over the last few years, and has just completed another legal requirement this week.

I have recently bought a new house with my sister. this was a first house and to say I didnt have a clue what was going on would be an understatement. However the help and advise from Julia put my mind at ease and she made the transaction as easy as possible with some very difficult sellers. Julia did everything she could to help in some difficult situations. We knew we could ring or email at any time and we always had a quick response which is great. We could also just let her get on with the legal work and knew it was being done and we were kept updated every step of the way. Julia's approach with us worked very well as we were both very busy with work and she took the stress away from us. I would 100% use Julia again and will recommened her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Julia is an absolute credit to the company.

Would never use again!! Calls were often never returned and emails unanswered for days, work was done slowly although I told them the deadline was asap and so did the seller and her solicitors. When I phoned the office and spoke to someone else they were very helpful and often able to get hold of my solicitor when I couldn't. I wouldn't have minded it taking a bit longer if this was all communicated properly. When we were ready to complete (finally after me constantly pushing to get this done) I was told I had to read and sign everything by the Friday morning and the documents were sent at 11pm on the Wednesday night! Not great when you have a full time job and never moved house before.

Victoria Sellwood was very professional and provided a brilliant service. She made a timely service recovery as a replacement. She was very courteous, propmt and thorough with her communication throughout the process. Thanks for all your help and support.

I have recently used Griffith's Ings to purchase my first house and as a first time buyer this was a daunting thought. However Julia Hurren was fantastic I cannot thank her enough for the help and support she provided to my sister and I through what was quite a difficult situation with the sellers being difficult. Julia supported us and fought our corner with both the sellers lawyer and the estate agent. I would and have recommend Julia to friends and family and I would not hesitate to sell or buy a house through Julia again. I honestly cannot thank Gemma and Juliah enough, I have only ever bought one property before as a first time buyer and do not really remember the support from the previous solicitor (only the negatives) but with Griffiths Ings I can and only will remember the positives as they went above and beyond for me! I have already recommended them to two of my friends and will continue to always recommend them and look forward to working with them again! Even though I have never met them face-to-face (as I live in Bristol) I felt I built a great working relationship with them who will no doubt be distant friends!
