Birthday Present...
I ordered it for my son as it is his birthday on Wednesday, and as it has just arrived I think everything will be okay. He's instructed not to open it until his birthday which he won't do but I'm sure it will be fine. I've ordered from you before and have had no reason to complain.

Pistachio pods clogging up!
My wife bought the pistachio pods as Nesspresso stopped doing them so I thought I would give them a run.
Well straight away their was issues... Well 1 major 1!
After 1 run through the pods clogged up and from then on only released drips.. very small 1's so I had to run the proper Nesspresso pods throught to fill my cup.
If it had only happened on 1 pod I would have put it down as a bad pod but it has happened on a total of 6 out of 10 pods in the box so the numbers don't lie, I have given 1 star as a minimum as the flavour of the pod is nice but that's all I can give it.

Quick order and delivery process. Machine look really good and sleek in the kitchen. The milk attachment is very good. The mechanism can feel clunky with other pods but works absolutely fine with Grind pods (which are compostable). Overall very happy with purchase.

First order got lost in the post
