The sold me a defected Graphic card, and denied the fact
I bought 10 graphic cards from Grosbill. One of them had a different serial number from the one on the box. It didn't run and it seemed defected.
I returned it to the store, they said that this could be the one used for testing or display because it had a green sticker mark.
What did Grosbill pro customer service do? They sent the card to the manufacturer (ASUS) and they let the manufacturer confirm that the card was defected. How would that help? I'm not sure.
I told Grosbill to look internally if someone replaced the graphic card on purpose. They could do an investigation since they have both serial numbers.
They didnt seem to care, they said that I'm the one who returned the card defected, it's not their fault.
What kind of customer services is this to a customer that buys 10 graphic cards?
I can provide you with proof of emails, invoices, and pictures of the defected graphic cards if anyone needs.
Bottomline is, dont buy from Grosbill since you're not being guaranteed that the product is new and functional
Horrible people.

Never buy on GROSBILL. Ordered 9/11 hard drives, received cartridges. Unable to obtain reimbursement despite prompt return of cartridges. 5 phone calls plus 2 emails later, still no answer. INADMISSIBLE. GROSBILL = THIEVES.
