Our new bed is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was excellent, from start to finish. I requested a fabric swatch which was sent out so quickly, the ordering process was easy and I was contacted promptly to arrange delivery too. I opted for the bed to be assembled upon delivery and the fitters were professional and respectful. Thanks!

Really fantastic customer service, it was so refreshing to buy from a company who actually cares.
I had a minor issue which was resolved promptly and the Grosvenor team really went out of their way to ensure I was happy - even after I had made an error with delivery dates, they were incredibly accommodating.
Everybody I spoke to was polite and professional, from customer service, through to the delivery drivers.
I'm so pleased I paid a little extra for quality, beautiful furniture that came with excellent customer service.
Well worth the money! highly recommend!

I’m a very happy customer. In all honesty there’s been a bit of a communication problem and iv had to wait maybe a little longer than expected…
BUT I’m absolutely in love with my new bed and bedside tables! The quality is Worth the wait!
They are beautiful and I’m also impressed with the added extra of proper tools they provided to put it all together, not just cheap rubbish…A Touch i definitely appreciated.
I feel like iv found an unexpected gem of a company. I’ll definitely be recommending to others.

Beautiful wooden bed
Easy to navigate website. Good selection of furniture and prices. Excellent delivery.
One issue that will annoy me is there is a very dark knot in wood centre at the side to headboard. As headboard is padded linen it will show. I have a possible solution. I am going to sand down. I will then try white wax . The oak bed is beautiful , sturdy and well made. Packed with plenty of padding to protect.
