Great value, great post-sale support. I had an issue with my inverter, and the after-sales team responded to me very fast. Yujian from the team helped me with clear instructions for troubleshooting steps. The issue was resolved on th day. Excellent support!

Although the fault code on the inverter suggested a short circuit somewhere, our electrician thought that there was a fundamental problem with the inverter itself. When, therefore, he spoke to the company, they immediately arranged to have a replacement unit dispatched under warranty, and this arrived within a couple of days. Happily, they did not insist on us returning the faulty unit first, as we were able to use the same box and packing materials to return the old one. And fortunately, the new unit is working fine, so our electrician was correct. Communications between us and the company have been very good throughout.

I had an issue which I couldn't resolve on my own. After speaking to tech support, not only did they work out the issue they then promised to send me the part I needed for my inverter. Unless it doesn't come as promised I would give them 10/10 for service. Watch this space!

Growatt have excellent customer service with engineers available over WhatsApp to resolve issues. They are knowledgeable and able to access your system remotely through the WiFi. I have worked with many large Solar PV companies and have always struggled to speak with an engineer. Having the Growatt engineers available over WhatsApp is a breath of fresh air! A big thank you to Yanni who has resolved issues on a system for me!

Pathetic. Inverters are at best average. Needed warranty support earlier this year. 2-3 months later received my warranty replacement. Only because I forced it.

I've been blocked from their support phone number which was patchy at best.

Had replacement installed.......and it is also defective.

Now to wait a few more months without reliable power till they bother seeing if they want to bother helping or not.

If you appreciate support existing, never mind it's quality the avoid at all costs

We had some issues with our battery system and contacted Growatt’s UK customer service centre. Their engineer Lingxuan came to our house a few days later and quickly identified and resolved the problem. Very much appreciated!

Very fast response and always helpfull. Glad I have growatt.

Growatt have been amazing over the years they never seem to disappoint. The systems are very stright forward to install and they operate as they should.
The support is fantastic and very quick on response. Any issue with RMA they are quickly to resolve on site or alternatively replace any equipment in a short space of time.

We will continue to use Growatt as it helps with the flow of the business. Well done guys for keeping ontop of your customers

Called yesterday for help setting the system to charge the battery overnight. The gentleman was very helpful and reset the system straight away.

Jiyane came to look at our battery after we identified that it wasent working properly. After discussing the problem with him, he was able to visit very quickly. He was really attentive and managed to update the firmware on our battery. Nothing was a problem!

By chat in whatsapp, I had a good contact and help from Ayoub.
Sometimes when the installation and cabling is done right. The problem exist on another plane. The tension measured between the A en B from the sys com from the inverter was between 3 - 4 V.
So Ayoub saw the PROT(ocol) was not set right. Had to be on n1 not on 645.

Thanks for the insight and the very late evening work. Giving service is not always easy and it is often busy times for specialists.
