Infinity Renewables installed our Growatt solar system over two years ago, and it had worked fine until July. Then the batteries appeared not to be fully charging. Infinity tried software updates etc, but problems soon returned. Engineer Owen from Growatt came and sorted problems with battery control boards in 30 minutes. Excellent service. Batteries have been fine for several days now, all we need is more sunshine rather than August clouds!!

Lingxuan immediately sorted out my problem, and a new dongle is on it's way.
No arguing, no hassle, and very helpful.

Engineer Jianye came in, was wonderful with his service and did a great job with the battery’s and overall was lovely.

The engineer completed the replacement of my inverter in a calm and efficient manner. Stay until he could see the system was up and running correctly.

Supper friendly and helpful customer service and engineers response any time and give you as mutch time as you need to short it out your problem fully

Same as some of the others on here, my installer has stopped trading. I was on a few fb groups for solar so sent out a message requesting any growatt details ad I couldn't find any specific uk phone numbers. I managed to get an email address and they replied within a day. Sent Me a whasapp message and sorted it all out over wifi. The first software update they did worked for a couple of days. So I messaged on WhatsApp, again they replied the same day and organised an engineer who came out just 2 days later. He couldnt have been mor helpful. Explained what he was doing and made sure it all worked before he left. Couldn't fault them at all

I have a number of Growatt inverters. My 8000 MTLP US had an issue but Growatt helped right away. That was about 5 years ago. I now have two Growatt SPF 12000 T DVM US inverters that are giving problems. The oldest one is about 4 years old and failed before and Growatt took care of it right away. It failed again last year and service was a bit slow. Now the new inverter I installed in January to replace the other has failed exactly the same as the first. Initially, working through my supplier they sent 2 replacement boards, that didn't fix it. Now my supplier gets no response from them, I get no response from them. I've tried contacting service online, their site won't accept e-mails, they respond saying fill out a form, but the form can't be filled out since it requires a code that won't work, then the site wipes out the request and you have to start over. I contacted their US office since the inverters are US split phase they sent me e-mail addresses of the people in charge of service in Asia where these inverters are, and I never heard back. So I have 2 inverters not working and no help whatsoever from Growatt and here it is the middle of July now, the failure of the newest one was 5 months ago. It only lasted 2 months after installation.

I had an inverter delivered which was defective. Engineer was very helpful though and supplied another.

I was initially a bit cautious having read some mixed things on Facebook, but having been let down by my installer, I contacted Growatt directly. They were incredible. The person I spoke to guided me through a few simple checks, but when I was out of depth they organised me a call out for 48 hours later. Jianye visited and within an hour had everything back up and running. I’m so pleased as my solar set up was a significant investment and it’s great to feel like the warrantee means something.

I thought I was totally screwed.. as I used world or solar for the instal.. they went bankrupt.. I tried so much finally I got through to Growwatt..
my battery just stopped working.. would have cost me £££££££
But instead they replaced the whole thing for £0..
finally a company that take responsibility for their products!

My growatt BDC cables was lost when someone cleaned out stuff from garage....They were left in box....
growatt support team send new cables without any cost.

I received excellent and fast assistance and was able to solve the problem in a short time.

My Vita 550 power station stopped working properly - switching off when the battery was full and then showing a completely drained battery on the display.
I emailed customer services with my issues who put me in touch with the tech support via email who I provided all the power station details to - That was 3 weeks ago and I have had no contact since despite repeated attempts at contact. Appalling service - lots of money for something that fails after a few months and with no apparent way of getting it resolved.

After having a solar system upgrade, with a battery, the techie was a bit out of his depth, despite the website assured me they were "experts", so the system supplier contacted Growatt, got a next day reply on WhatsApp, and Lingxuan went through my settings, I explained than it was not exporting, and only drawing from solar, the load being used, rather than generating 100%, and exporting the unused energy, which it does now, so all good, well done Lingxuan for your patience with me

Still waiting 3 months to have the inverter reset after changing internet provider (it was set up on previous one an inaccessible- only option is to contact growatt)
Only response I've recieved is that they forwarded to the department 2 days after initial contact!
