Bought a full PC for 35 thousand, ordered it installed and ready with windows.

It came with memory issues that would freeze/crash programs and destroy files.

I contacted their support and troubleshooted with them, eventually i got the PC to semi work by only having 1 RAM plugged in.
This was not what i paid for and when i finally asked them for a working PC or refund they ignored me and deleted my account on their website that had the windows key so i could no longer reinstall PC.
These guys are crooks and scammers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was turning in my driveway and I must’ve hit the curb cause I messed up the front fender on my car. I file the claim May 21. I got a claim number that Lady saved within two days. We will hear from you. I received about six letters in the mail I faxed a letter back they claim they didn’t have my phone number in my email but when I call Infinity to try to get in contact with my claim adjuster the first thing they asked you is your phone number correct and your email, correct

My brother bought a computer for black friday. Games just kept on crashing or failing to load in the first place so he sent it back to get it repaired or replaced. They claimed nothing was wrong and demanded a fee for sending in a non-broken product. Never crashed or anything they claimed, you must have done something wrong. They held it hostage for half a year. Now, half a year later, after having mailed multiple times and rang up the company he got it back. The computer still has the same problem and on it could be found a crashreport from a game and a Google search (in history) for how to fix that crash. They sold a dysfunctioning computer, lied about there not being a problem, demanded money because "there was no problem", held it for half a year and then sent it back unfixed

Terrible company if you can call them a "company"
No respond on emails , got a PC that doesnt work . Waiting for a single email over half year . no answer , no help. I do not recomend !

I bought a gt-7 in gtsa,im satisfied with the time of delivery,5 days, came really good packed,just one litle mistake 😅 1 Corsair vegeance ram was not clicked..so i start the computer and just got black screen till i discover it,i turn off the computer, click in the ram and perfect 👌

I bought stuff from GTSA a while ago. They didn't even bother themselves to update me as a client or answer my call. No info about the PARCEL. This company must be this way?
