Poor, cheap quality, save your money!!!!!

Had faulty shoes sent them in to get repaired did nothing and sent them back and said they couldn’t do anything or even replace the product, the quality is poor, never lasts long, if it comes faulty they don’t help at all they pretend to help but then push you aside. Don’t waste your money on this brand as it’s not worth it as the quality is cheap, even primark and Zara are better quality than Gucci.

DO NOT SHOP WITH GUCCI

Take a look at all the other reviews as well as mine before buying from Gucci. My experience has been nothing but a shambles from the start it took nearly TWO MONTHS to sort out a new pair of shoes from them. They ignore your emails and there is no way of contacting the uk stores directly. The only phone number is one that puts you through to Florence.

I was gifted a pair of Gucci shoes at Christmas at the price of £820. One of the shoes was faulty (back support for ankle). The shoes was originally bought from Farfetch who shipped the shoes straight from Gucci. I thought to save time I would contact gucci direct rather than wait for a reply from Farfetch to then likely be told I would need to contact gucci due to them been faulty. I really wish I contacted Farfetch.

At first Gucci was good, they was responsive to my emails so thought the full processes would be quick - given how much these items cost and with it being a premium brand- how wrong was I! After sending photos and them confirming the shoes was faulty I was asked to send back the shoes, I could have only an exchange or credit note. (I always thought if an item was faulty you were entitled to a full refund). Because I wanted them asap I opted for the credit note as this was to be sent via email. I was then told after agreeing to this I could only spend in store - not online! I then told them that’s fine and I will be looking to use it at the one closest to me - which is Manchester (still a 4 hour round trip for me). They knew this as I said a few times during email this was going to be happening. Only when I got the voucher I was then told I could only use it in the London stores!!!!! A 10 HOUR round trip for me! So they give you a credit note that can’t be used online and only in London- how stupid!
They told me not to worry someone from London will contact me via phone to order a new pair remotely - over three weeks this took for someone to call despite me emailing and calling Florence almost daily. I was constantly lied to - told someone would call by the end of the day no one did! There is no number to call the store- all you can do is wait. So at that stage I had no shoes and a credit note which was useless to me. In the end I went to my bank to do a charge back and informed them of this. It was only then I got a phone call from the London store! They then told me the size I needed they didn’t have in store and would have to order in (can you imagine if I went all way to London for this to be the case). The shoes where finally shipped out around 4 days after phone call, open the shoes to see one of them have clearly been used as a demo shoe in store!!! It has huge , deep creases on it where it’s been clearly tried on for a long period!!!!! I have at this point given up. I haven’t contacted them regarding this and have just excepted this is the quality they offer their customers.
Given all that’s gone on I should have received a BRAND NEW PRISTINE PAIR OF SHOES. Not ones that have been tried on and walked about in store with! I really cannot deal with another 2 months of waiting around for more shoes and contact from the store so I have just upsettingly accepted them how they are. Do not shop with Gucci - at least direct as you will face problems like me and all the other 1 star reviews on here. Shocking company!!!

Go for Gucci

Giuseppe is the best associate to have at Gucci- Milano Flagshilp, Via Monte Napoleone, 7A. Best shopping experience. He is very helpful. Must visit this world’s 2nd largest Gucci store in Europe/World.

After a 2nd bad experience with Gucci client services, I feel the need to leave a review and not a good one!

I have a Gucci watch, which was 10 years old, it cost new, 1600. It stopped working and I sent off for repair only to be told as it’s over 10 years old they no longer stock the parts. I took to timpsons who repaired and charged £40. Why couldn’t Gucci?

I have a Gucci icon ring, which , due to heart issues and swelling fingers, needs to be re sized, Gucci informed me, they don’t offer re sizing at all. Therefore, the ring is now useless.

Cartier have kindly offered a resize with no questions at all.

Having been a Gucci customer for over 20 years, I will now be taking my business elsewhere!

The managers and staff

The managers and staff at Worth Ave in Palm Beach profiling on their ear pieces . My friend is a professional player and treated us like a criminal! We wanted to buy and they pushed us out.Very uncomfortable and I was embarrassed! UNPROFESSIONAL!! We don’t want to go this store .

I bought our newborn the baby blanket and hat .
I washed the blanket as instructed by handwash with the correct washing instructions and the blanket came out like the size of a napkin .
I was devastated as I wanted to keep our sons first blanket .
I contacted Gucci and they said there is nothing they would do . I simply wanted a new blanket that was all I asked and they wouldn’t help me at all .

How can you get a delivery so wrong?

I order an item which was delivered on Tuesday, no issues. The second item is with a Mr Matthew Curry in a completely different district?!? The hassle it has caused trying to locate the item and providing CCTV evidence has put me off ordering anything else.

DHL is now worse than Evri!! Gucci Customer Services is inept to say the least!!

My best experience it’s been at Bicester village I been twice and Angel and Thomas laboda. Them Being absolutely friendly, give me them advice , never I had that experience in any shops around at the Village. them make you feel like at home. Thousands per cent I will recommend that Gucci store for any purchase of this brand. Thanks Guys really appreciate both.

Poor Customer Service

Hi

I purchased a Gucci belt 8 years ago. I where it maybe 20 times a year. This year 2 small screws fell out of the buckle. I called Gucci customer services as Gucci say they will repair their goods if you have an account with them. I brought it into the store on the 20th January 2024 and politely acknowledged by email on the 21st January 2024. On 1st February 2024 customer services emailed me to say ''Our technicians have informed us that unfortunately no repair intervention is available for the repair of your belt''! I emailed them back the same day to remind them that it was only 2 screws missing and wanted to escalate this matter, as Gucci is supposed to be a premium brand and the belt should have more longevity and it wasn't actually broken. On the 10th February they acknowledged my email and said to allow 3-5 working days for an update in response! On the 19th February I emailed them again and advised that they had my belt for almost 3 weeks! On the 22nd February they finally responded ''We apologise for the delay in response. As we no longer stock the spare parts for this item, we are unable to initiate a repair as the necessary components are for this particular belt buckle which we no longer have''.

As a long standing client of Gucci

As a long standing client of Gucci, I am so disappointed by their customer service at the King of Prussia, Pa location. It is impossible to speak with anyone at the location. If you call, you are connected to their Customer Service department(who can’t help you). I have called 3 days in a row requesting a call-nothing! I have texted my sales rep Christian-no response. They took my belt 4 weeks ago to get it “modified” and have been radio silent ever since. What terrible service. My belt better arrive at some point or there will be bigger issues to deal with.
Gucci in KOP-you really need to step it up. When I was there a month ago, there were EIGHT people standing around doing nothing-you can’t tell me that there is not ONE person that can make a phone call. Ugh!

Avoid

Attempted to exchange an item which was worn twice 24/01/24 but was faulty. They flat out refused as the item was bought in October (a gift). Shop floor staff instantly blamed the customer. Kept saying they didn’t recognised me… yes, because it was a gift.

Ushered me into a private room so no other customers could hear about their faulty products.

Rushed me to agree to a repair service so that an “expert” could examine it. Didn’t hear anything back for 3 weeks. Wouldn’t tell me anything over the phone. When I did get the chance to go back to the store, I had to wait 30 mins for them to present me with the item which had not been repaired at all and to tell me that the expert said it was normal wear and tear.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Luxury it is not.
I will never buy anything from Gucci ever again and I will tell everyone I know about their terrible customer service. Good luck if you have a faulty product, you will get nowhere.

Worst Company

Okay, where do I begin.
I'm not a big spender at Gucci but I've bought a fair few bags way back and over the past few years purchased small accessories, makeup, perfume etc and generally not had any issues with them; until recently. I purchased a pair of their "GG" tights (this being my 2nd pair of these as well as a pair of an even more expensive pair in a different style) I did notice on delivery of these tights that they weren't quite as good quality as the first pair (the toes are never reinforced which I find odd) but although they look quite delicate overall, they are generally quite robust, but there is definately room for improvement in the toe area and could do with a little reinforcing in this area as this in my opinion, is the area that's going to give. I wore them for the first time on the Tuesday after New Year; fine. Wore them again on the Thursday of the same week and hey ho, a hole in both of the toe area right near the seam in exactly the same place on each foot (clearly this is a quality issue). Well, not according to Gucci. After several weeks back and forth where several conversations took place with various members of their customer service team, it turns out that it's my fault; in so many words. I gave up liaising with them in the end because I was fighting a losing battle. So i've now resorted to taking this up with my credit card company in the hope they can sort this out. On the back of this recent issue, i've unsubscribed to any of their emails etc and absolutely refuse to have anything to do with them anymore. I will never spend another penny of my hard earned cash with them......terrible company. Quick to take your money, but then they literally turn their back on you and don't want to know. Avoid like the plague; unless you're a millionaire and don't care LOL.

Bought a Ladies Gucci watch at…

Bought a Ladies Gucci watch at Christmas for a present. My partner put the watch on and within an hour, it fell off her wrist and landed in her lap. Good job as it could have landed on the floor and smashed or damaged it or fell off somewhere where she didnt see it land and could have been lost. The watch strap pin just disintegrated. Absolutely rubbish quality. Could have had a cheap watch that would last longer than that. I guess I wont get a reply to this feedback. I will never buy another Gucci product I think they have gone cheap on the parts to make even more profit from people like me who feels like I have been done. Having spoke to customers service, absolutely no help saying it must have been too tightly fitting, it was fitted by the store in Edingburgn. Forget it I will pay to get it fixed myself, whats the point in a warranty. Dont waste your money on Gucci products.

Great service

My husband bought me beautiful Gucci earrings but I lost the back off one. I couldn't find a replacement back for the life of me. Nowhere sold them that fit. My husband contacted Gucci, gave the order details and they sent me two backs for free and sent them in a lovely Gucci bag. Amazing service considering I had the earrings for more than 2 years. Much appreciated, and now I can wear my birthday earrings again!
