good localization of the rent a car in the airport, and nice price.

I forgot my driving licence and the front desk employer was really helpful in solving this issue and this was not easy. Because of this, we finally could start our holiday without worries.

We booked mid size car and we get Ford Focus. After 3 days car shows on dislplay some trouble with automatic transmission and Aircondition doesn´t work. We were close to the airport, so I go there and tell them about this trouble and they gave me imediatelly another car (Hyundai Bayon) and all was good. Thanks for this.

Everything perfect, the fact that you have an office in Lisbon airport is an added value.
No queue, already had filled online check in, very fast in the office and to get the car.
Returning back the car also very fast.
Friendly staff complements a very good experience with Guerin.

The people are so willing and helfpul!

This is the best rental company I have used. Simple process for rental and return, the damage deposit is significant and it would make customers more comfortable if damage to vehicle isn’t just left there. I believe if you have collected for the damage, then it should be repaired. I assume this is a cost thing to companies, but the customer shouldn’t be worried if they will lose their huge deposit due to something that may have been missed. It just creates uneasiness during the rental that is unnecessary. It doesn’t make sense to charge for damage to a rim, multiple times if more than one customer scratches it and it never gets repaired. Outside of that, best experience, best rental company!
