Super Happy

This is the best rental company I have…

This is the best rental company I have used. Simple process for rental and return, the damage deposit is significant and it would make customers more comfortable if damage to vehicle isn’t just left there. I believe if you have collected for the damage, then it should be repaired. I assume this is a cost thing to companies, but the customer shouldn’t be worried if they will lose their huge deposit due to something that may have been missed. It just creates uneasiness during the rental that is unnecessary. It doesn’t make sense to charge for damage to a rim, multiple times if more than one customer scratches it and it never gets repaired. Outside of that, best experience, best rental company!

From easy booking to renting a car everything has been clear and fast with a very good condition of the rented van. Staff has been very helpfull and shuttle back to the airport conluded the very good experience
