Extremely Disrespectful Customer…

Extremely Disrespectful Customer Service and Language Discrimination

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, and there is clear language-based discrimination. If you don’t speak German fluently, they treat you like an idiot — with zero patience or respect.

To make matters worse, I filed a formal complaint with Guess customer support over two months ago, and still have not received any meaningful response or resolution. Even after following up, nothing has been done.

It’s unacceptable for an international brand like Guess to tolerate this kind of treatment in their stores, and for their customer service team to be completely incapable of addressing a serious issue like this.

WORST Customer Service
WORST Communication I ever had with any supplier ................................................
I have paid for shipping the order with fast deliver on Friday. I was thinking that the order will arrive on first working day Monday, however after calling these brilliant sleepy beauty from Customer Service, they said after they will process on their end, will be deliver fast... however to process this into their system is up to them (could be 1 week, 1 month)... how they wake up in that morning I assume. Also over the phone, the person was like tired to answer my question, and very disrespectful. I tried the Live Chat - nothing - useless.
I really don't recommend, please go directly in a shop if you want to buy something from GUESS.

Ordered 2 times through guess and have…

Ordered 2 times through guess and have never received my order. My latest order Says delivered and signed for but I never signed for anything. When you call their shipping company no one answers,. 1st time it happened guess asked if I wanted my money back or the items and I said the items as they are a gift. I wouldn't order from here if you are actually wanting your items on time or at all. So from April 26th to June 5th and have not received anything. Stay away!!

Unprofessional and pathetic

I placed an order on the website which was accepted successfully after the payment during the day. However later at night, I received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to unavailability of the item. This is extremely unprofessional and absurd as they should have known about their inventory before accepting my payment. I am never going to buy anything from GUESS and praying I get my refund back albeit I have lost a great amount as taxes but still......

Got some Mens Trainers. Heels have failed

Got some Mens Trainers. Worn about 10 times. The heel inside under the insole is completely failing and showing signs of a large square hole in each heel. This makes them impossible to walk with as they hurt my feet. GUESS do not want to know. A brand that doesnt care. Poor quality products. STEER CLEAR OF GUESS!!!

Terrible to deal with

Terrible to deal with, ordered a baby bag and mat they sent just the baby Matt and forgot to pack the actual bag. Now I have to go through refund process instead of them just sending the bag that they left out and now I have to try find a new bag to purchase somewhere. Unneeded stress at 30 weeks pregnant

I ordered from guess.com USA

I ordered from guess.com USA. They just delivered the order to the wrong address. When I complained they said I should have found the product at the address. This company is a scam. I have been a member of guess for years and this is the first time I have had such a complaint. No one is helping.

Terrible experience

Lately my ordering online from guess company is been so good for decade. Recently I ordered a woman jumpsuits and they sent me a Mens Watch. It looks suspicious when the box arrived becuase the packaging is terrible. The outside adress of the package is my complete information but inside documents was two different person and the address is completely different.
I phone the customer care and she told me that I have return the watch so she can refund me the amount that i paid for my order. It's like saying to me that somebody made a mistake in our department so now u have to pay for it with your own time, energy and money. I think its ridiculous. I am very busy person and now I have to run around for them so I can get my own money back and never mind the items that I didn't receive. It's so frustrating and it's so not worth it.

My question now is how did things happened when clothing and watch is so different?

One more thing,the packaging of the box is so ugly. It's like from the third world country.

Guess clothing is my favorite to shop, it's good quality and I don't want to ruin it for just one mistake.

Guess Australia Terrible Service/Sub Par Products/Return Not Processed

Bought a bag from Guess Australia had it shipped to me in New Zealand as I couldn't find the particular bag here in store. When it arrived it was very small and poor quality. So I sent it back on March 24, 2025 via the return facility on their webpage. Fast forward to almost a month after return and nothing. I can see from the tracking that the bag made it to Australia but there has been no acknowledgement from GUESS Aus. And when you call their customer service number you get put on hold and then asked to leave a message. I have yet to speak to a real human. Don't buy from this site if you can avoid it.

I ordered directly from the official…

I ordered directly from the official GUESS website, expecting a premium experience — at the very least, the signature GUESS gift bag or pouch that usually comes with in-store purchases. Sadly, nothing like that was included.
It’s disappointing, especially since I chose to order from the original website over third-party retailers thinking the presentation and packaging would reflect the brand’s in-store standard. The product is fine, but the lack of thoughtful packaging took away from the experience.

Very very poor quality handbag

Very very disappointed in quality of a Guess handbag. The embellishments, strap, zips and interior are excellent (bag has been rarely used) but the main body of the bag, which I believed to be leather has disintegrated; flaking and splitting throughout.
It is more than 2 years old but is always stored in its Guess dusted bag in a dry wardrobe. Customer care not interested.
They obviously don’t care about customer service or customer loyalty. I have several Guess products but will NEVER buy another.

No gift and no money

I ordered gifts for my wife's birthday, initially 2 items, but as soon as I placed the order, one apparently was not available anymore. Anyway, I could get along with it. The order was made on time to receive everything before the right date.
On Thursday the 27th, after staying home on purpose to receive the delivery, I received a notification about the order delivered. I checked everywhere, as nobody rang my doorbell, and I found nothing. The proof of delivery showed a letterbox that was not mine 100%, and even the tracking map did not match. I went to the tracked building, asked around, and nobody saw anything.

So, I contacted Guess, explained the situation, and they told me that they need to open an enquiry with the delivery company, Evri, one of the worst here in London (as they never even ring the doorbell, and they usually abandon everything in the entrance, even if in my case they did not even reached my building).
I recalled guess on Saturday, and apparently I need to wait until the 6th of March, so after the birthday to get to know something, not even to receive a refund or another shipment.

This is very bad, as it's not my responsibility if they choose the worst and cheapest courier in the market, and as far as I place the order on time, I pay, and I make sure that my address is correct, it's their responsibility to make sure it gets delivered to me.

So, now I get to her birthday with no gift, no money, and no answers.

This does not even look a big brand company. Just shame, I don't think they will see me as a customer again.

Very poor delivery service. Terrible updating system for tracking and paid £16 express delivery which took 4 days from regent street to Greenford. Which resulted in a late birthday gift. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

The Christmas gift I purchased for my son never arrived - Guess doesn't care and will not refund the items. They want me to repurchase and pay for the items again before they will refund me for the original purchase. I will not purchase from Guess again

If you are smart enough to read reviews before buying from Guess, please do not buy.

You will not get your order. The customer service team knows this so they are unbothered when you reach out.
I wonder if the founders are aware how irresponsible this brand is becoming to its customers.

Worse Customer Service Experience

I just called GUESS UK Customer service and I had the worse experience ever. My order is lost, Evri delivered my order God knows, it was me and my neighbour that were waiting for Evri yesterday and we never received our parcels. I asked Guess customer service to contact Evri and find out where our parcels were delivered and she refused. She gave me no option to sort my problem. It was my first experience with Guess and I lost my money, they refuse to find my parcel or to refund me.
