Jeetu thank you for going beyond your duty today!
I contacted jeetu part of the Guinness customer service team today very distressed regarding a situation in our communal garden, not only was jeetu calm, empathetic to my situation! He also acted on events whilst I was on the phone, he also guided me to everything else I needed to do. I cannot express my gratitude for your assistance and for calming me down. Mike c was such a really nice lad
Mike c was such a really nice lad, easy to talk to and very helpful. One of the nicest people I've spoken to in a long time. He is an asset to the guiness trust team in my opinion. He dealt with my request which were many in a professional and easy manner.
