My.wife give a pair of gul flip flops at my 2019 birthday. I really like them, the design, the feeling on my feet, everything feels good. Like many other things in life, after 3 ou 4 days it was my regular flip flops, and yes, i use them every single day inside and out side. Basically this is the story, till today. Today i realized how durable and strong they are. I'm quite a big guy, 1.82 cm and 150kg rugby player, and that pair of flip flops is the exact same that my wife give me. Unbelievable how they handled so long. No havaianas, no any other brand last so long, not even a full year. Gul one's? Dahm they must be made with kevlar or something. They crossed with me all europe, from portugal for the first years, Spain, france , Netherlands and now Belgium. Sadly i dont think i can post fotos here. Thank you so much for this guys. Really amazing flip flops.

Excellent fit and quick service!

Communication is dreadful, item hasn’t arrived, no phone number on website so I can actually speak to someone… very surprised at the service from GUL. Will not be using again.

The 3mm power slipper has a cushioned insole that protects your foot from uncomfortable terrain, the reinforced toe and heel areas protect your feet from sharp rocks. Really comfortable, I wear them as a beach shoe to protect my feet on my daily sea swims. They get washed every day in the washing machine. These are my second pair, I wore the last pair out, I bout them 3 years ago.

Not received my order! Been refunded with no reason. First time order and will be the last. I needed my order for my holiday on Tuesday, so now i will have to rent one which means i will pay more and not keep one. Disappointing considering i was refered to you.

the item has not arrived and I have not had notification to say it should of done

I ordered 3 buoyancy aid for an upcoming trip, 1 colour wasn't in stock so just cancelled that item. One email from you would have meant I would have got the 3rd in a different colour and have 3 for my trip. Now I have 2 and have to source another from somewhere else while away.

Wetsuit came and after the first swim all the writing peeled off. That wasn’t so much of an issue but after a couple more wears the seams have split in several places.

Warranty? What warranty. Several emails have been sent and no reply received. Stay clear of this company.

Gul sent wrong item. Called to try and return but they said they couldn’t help and that I had to send an email. Nearly a week later they still haven’t replied to my email and it seems I will have to pay to return an item that I didn’t order. Really poor service.

hassle free website with competitive prices

Ordered some items from Gul and just wanted to exchange for different sizes. Returned the items with the returns form filled in requesting an exchange, as suggested by the form and the website. As the items had shipped from two different Gul warehouses I had to send the items to different locations doubling the postage cost. With no contact from Gul I received a refund for the items rather than an exchange. I contacted customer service to request this was changed to an exchange and after a good few days got a response saying that one of the items was now out of stock but no mention of the other item which was in stock according to the website. As postage was not included in the refund I’ve now paid for postage three times and don’t have the items I’d wanted and no further response from customer services.

If you’re sure what you want and the size then the service was good however don’t expect helpful customer service or exchanges to work as described in the policy.

Haven’t turned up 20 days later. I have emailed 4 times without any reply. Tried the telephone but the number is an ansaphone which says to email. Appalling service - took my money and I haven’t received my item
