GunBroker.com sellers avoid California orders. Using an FFL ensures compliance; Use ShipMyGun etc. There are over 3.2 million gun owners. California buys 1 million firearms annually. 3rd in the country.

UPDATED AT THE BOTTOM
I've had a GunBroker account for years. A few bids, a few buys. Never any problems until now. I successfully bid and bought a rifle with my on file Discover card. Then I tried to buy a $15 buy it now part. Same card. It wouldn't go through. Tried 3-4 times. No go. Tried to add a second card, Visa. No problem. Then tried again to buy part. Failed. Then GunBroker locks my account.

OK, fine. I'm all for security checks. I file a claim with account support. I get an email verifying it's received and to reply to this email with questions. 3 days go by so I reply to the email asking if there is any progress. No reply. A week goes by. I send another update request. No reply.

I would think a company that's been around as long as GunBroker would have a process in place to resolve this type of issue promptly. Or, at the very least, reply with updates. There is no other way to contact them, no phone support, no live people to talk to. This is pretty frustrating.

Same day I received an email requesting identity verification. Same day as sending in the verification documents to GunBroker I was able to access my account.
This should have been handled when I sent my first request.
Why did it take several days, multiple requests and a negative Trustpilot review to "referred your comments to the appropriate customer service team members."?
Overall, I like GunBroker, I trust Gunbroker and I will continue to use it. I hope they can review and make changes to their response team.

Well to start off I put a review of a seller I had dealt with that was horrible and when the seller didn’t like what I put gun broker decided to terminate my account and I had to contact them to get reopen. Also tried to get gun broker to help with my order and they wouldn’t do a thing. So I’m not going to give a positive review.

I'm always very leery of online auctions. More so with a gun purchase. But it was bloody seamless, one of the easiest most fluid transactions I've ever done online. Highly recommended

The systems and processes are well designed and executed, and the wide range and supply of hardware makes it a great option for buyers and sellers.

Everything went wrong they photoshopped a picture of a beautiful Remington Model 11-87 Premier 12ga only to sell me a real piece of shit for nearly $800.00 and the sop called Firearmland in Florida, they were totally complicent in the Bait & Switch because the used firearm was bought sight unseen. They are thieves and should be out in jail. They knew exactly what they were doing!!

Large selection of desired rifle. The handshake between the buyer and the seller was seamless. The only thing that took away a star was the unexpected added GunBroker fee at the end. That is outlined on another page of the purchase. Not terrible but unexpected.

I've been using GunBroker site for almost 20 years and have only had a couple issues, mostly with sellers that won't reply to questions or sell items without delisting on the ad. Your customer service department communicates fairly quickly and has always solved any problems like trying to update my account information. I recommend GunBroker to others.

The purchase and pickup was seamless and painless.

My purchase was missing optic screws and after fees etc the price was definitely not worth the product I received. Will definitely make me think twice before making another purchase off of here.
