I ordered glasses for my eyesight and had them sent back the first time because I had the impression that they didn't fit. The others I've received have a problem too, after being checked by the ophthalmologist, the lenses don't comply with the prescription. Since then, Gunnars has been playing dead, cashing in the money and not replying to the optician who acts as intermediary.
I've ordered 3 times now, and I've had problems every time.
It's a disgrace, it's been dragging on for months.

Failed after 2 years. Amazon refused to refund. Gunnars refused to refund.
In UK we expect at least 10+ years of reliable service from products. Gunnars told me they only have a 1 year warranty for their expensive product. Support request ref 108521

I've been an avid user and proponent for Gunnar for many years as a gamer and journalist in the gaming industry. I have owned several pairs and they have reduced or eliminated my ocular migraines. However, my last pair - Vertex - broke in about a year and a half without being dropped or abused. Thinking it was a fluke, I ordered another pair on eBay and had the prescription lenses swapped out. Less than a week later they broke again but in a different place! Customer service gave me a discount on a new pair of metal-framed PPK because a week without Gunnars and my migraines came back. I don't know what happened (new plastic supplier perhaps) but the quality has gone down hill. Please look into it, Gunnar, I need those magic amber lenses!
