Be wary of these people - they quoted me £699 to clean my gutters, clean my facia boards and clean my solar panels. We thought the quote was steep and so queried it. We were told that the reason it was so much was due to the need for scaffolding and 2 people for the whole day. When they arrived there was no scaffolding and the work was done to a minimum standard within 3 hours!

I get they quoted for the job without seeing it but when we pointed the above points out they gave us a generous discount of £30 off the price. Lesson learnt - the work wasn't worth the price and in future I will insist on any trade seeing the job first before quoting!!!!

I was not impressed with their service. They messed up from beginning to end. The booking was confused with that of something else and I had to call several times to had that corrected. I had paid for both window and gutter cleaning on the same day and on the day, only the gutter cleaner showed up. Due to sickness they had to rearrange the window cleaning. Then on the morning, 2 hours after the scheduled appointment, I had to call as nobody had showed up and looked like they send an emergency person to cover up.
Two days later, at least two of the gutters were leaking everywhere. This after asking to check for any issues or repair needed. I called to discuss. They tried to sell them the repair but I had already specifically asked if there were any issues and one only was identified. The other gutters seemed fine. They said they would look into it and call me back. I am still waiting for that call. I will now have to pay someone else to come and sort the gutters.
DO NOT USE! UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was very impressed, from placing my order right through to the completion of a fine job, this Company excelled. We had a major problem with moss on our roof and now the roof looks new again and the gutters are empty! None of this power-washing (which will damage your roof) just good labour and professional equipment.
