He was incredibly kind and patient along the way— not pushy or salesy, just collaborative. When I needed to make changes, he worked with me. We worked with Liz on our very first custom packaging order, and she made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Since this was our first time ordering boxes, we didn’t fully understand everything at first, but Liz was incredibly patient, informative, and thorough every step of the way.
