I had never had a company work with me on getting the colors of my brand *just right* and I am so impressed! Not only did I learn something new about how colors present themselves digitally vs print, but the care of Ethan to work with me so well means so much. Quality product and honest customer service!

DO NOT give this company your email or phone number. They will NOT stop texting or emailing you. I have requested on multiple occasions to be removed from their SMS and Email lists but I continue to get messages. I received a quote from them one and their price was double. I am NOT interested in using them and they do not respect your wishes to be removed from their texts and email blasts. So frustrating

I have had the most stressful experience with this company. I was in contact with someone called Charlotte who was quick to reply daily however, when I realised they were in fact unable to assist
me with what I required (even though this was made clear from the outset) I requested a refund and now communication is awful. Shock. They
confirmed my refund will be processed but I have been waiting over two months now for this and am constantly chasing them up. I should not be having to do this! Someone eventually got back to me to say they are having problems with their bank account and have been unable to process payments. This is very concerning.... I was promised my refund would be processed by Tuesday but I still haven't received it! The customer service is horrendous

Update: After constantly fighting for a refund and sending a letter before action threatening court proceedings, I finally received my refund. They were on my case daily, bombarding me with calls, messages and emails to take my review down. Out of consideration of causing damage to their business I removed it. They also offered me money off a future order. When I asked more about this I realised they actually increased their price from the initial quote they gave me, which meant it was hardly a saving after all. Absolute joke. This company appears to be legit at first but is completely unprofessional and I regret trusting them with my business needs. It's caused nothing but stress and delays.

Thank you for your reply to my review. I returned because an apology and discount was offered however I received a quote that was significantly higher than my original quote. This isn't about defamation. It's about having the freedom to pass on my experience and feedback to other potential customers

Review for PH Half Price Packaging And a Wonderful Manager, Marcus.

As a father, I’ve always known I could get a job—any regular job—but I made a choice most wouldn’t. I don’t believe in babysitters. I believe in raising my daughter with her daddy present every day. So I chose a path I had never walked before: becoming a small business owner.

I went through countless challenges learning how to ship products, source basic unmarked boxes, and design a brand from scratch—just so I could put stickers on those boxes and make them feel real. I taught myself eCommerce on the fly, all while playing with my daughter, cooking her meals, and being there for every little moment. This business wasn’t just about profit. It was about presence. It was about purpose.

Eventually, I reached a place where I knew that getting printed product boxes could take my business to the next level. But every company I reached out to gave me quotes that were way beyond what I could afford. I did my research—hours of it—and started feeling defeated. Discouraged. Like maybe I wasn’t ready to grow.

I sent in an inquiry, waited for the quote, and when it came—I realized again, I just wasn’t quite there yet financially. So I wrote Marcus back. I told him the truth. I shared what I could afford and said I hoped maybe in 6 months to a year, I could come back when I was ready.

He didn’t just print boxes—he empowered a dream. He respected me as a father, a business owner, and a man trying to build something for his daughter.

At one point, during a family emergency of his own, another employee reached out to Marcus for some final details about my design. And even in that difficult moment, Marcus still took the csll from his coworker to make sure my preferences were honored. That kind of dedication—balancing family and customer care with grace—is extremely rare.

Marcus William is the kind of person you hope to meet in business: genuine, compassionate, and committed. I’m forever grateful to him and PH Half Price Packaging. Because of Marcus and his Team, my business feels more real than ever—and most importantly, I get to keep doing what matters most: being by my daughter’s side, every single day.

Absolutely excellent service and product quality. Charlotte helped me through the entire process, was very responsive to every concern and question. Once the product was finalized it arrived very quickly and I am so happy with the boxes. Sturdy, beautifully printed with spot UV and they fit my bottles perfectly! They also had the best price around. I will be using them again in the near future.

When I first reached out to Half Price Packaging, I was just exploring my options. My product — custom photo magnets — doesn’t leave me a huge margin to work with, so I wasn’t sure if custom packaging would even be feasible. From the very beginning, Simon Stephens, my account manager, went above and beyond to help me find affordable solutions that worked for my business.

Simon was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and thorough. He took the time to understand my needs, helped negotiate pricing that made sense, and guided me through the design process with care. I had created my initial design on Pacdora, and his team worked with me — through many rounds of back-and-forth — to make critical millimeter-level adjustments. My packaging needed to fit my magnets and be able to nest two boxes into a USPS small priority box. That was no small task, but Simon worked diligently to make it happen.

Even after the first sample came in slightly off, Simon took responsibility and quickly made it right before full production. That kind of attention to detail and accountability is rare.

I waited a week after receiving my full order of 5,000 boxes before writing this review, and I’m thrilled to report that every single one met my standards. I inspected them thoroughly — the quality is excellent, the printing is sharp and vivid, and the boxes have genuinely elevated my product presentation. I’ve already received compliments from customers and fellow vendors alike.

I can honestly say I wouldn’t have gone forward with custom packaging if it weren’t for Simon’s support. If you're considering Half Price Packaging, do yourself a favor: ask for Simon Stephens. I liked the design team. They helped me make my dream come into fruition. Shipping and production happened quickly. Communication was great. After I received my packaging, they made sure it worked for me and that everything was ok.

The customer service I received from Eric was exceptional. He was super responsive and kept me in the loop on everything.

The boxes themselves turned out beautiful, with great detail to the design and great print quality.

My only issue was with the construction of the boxes and specifically the quality of the glue stickers meant to hold the box together. It came apart quite easily and required us to reinforce it with glue.

I recently launched my first skincare product and Michael was so helpful and patient as we made my packaging perfect. When I received my product packaging I was blown away with the quality and honestly it truly made me tear up because it made the whole thing real! I had a great experience with Tyler and ordering packaging for my granola bars. It took a lot of resizing and edits and they were very patient with all my requests. I did order samples and glad I did because we needed a bigger size and we also added a tab on the top to easily open and close the box. Super happy with my order and will be coming back! The quality is 100 times better than the grocery store boxes for granola bars. Thanks again!
