Hallotheo seems to be completely broken as a company. It took until March to receive the property rent from January and February. Any inquiry takes many follow ups and many months to respond, and then you get only excuses due to staff constantly leaving. They introduced hidden fees without communication and to this day have not refunded the overage from the 2024 operating cost . Having worked for 15 years with the predecessor company Aureal with great experience , it is almost unbelievable how this company got destroyed by new management. I have been very patiently waiting for improvements over the past few months, but unfortunately so far the company is still non functional.

Hallotheo took nearly 5 months to repay my deposit and the utility bills for the previous year (which they are legally obliged to do in 30 days). They ignored emails and only the threat of legal action helped. They even tried to charge me an extra half-months rent, despite owing me that money. My previous review was flagged by them; it is clear they do not want this to be read. Their service is poor and disrespectful to tenants.
